It’s hard to put into words all the emotions I’ve felt over the past few months- from finishing nursing school on September 27th, passing my NCLEX on October 26th, graduating on November 7th, accepting my first job offer as an RN on November 20th, to now starting my new career today. Literal blood, sweat, and tears went into this, and I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for every moment of it. All of this will shape me into the best nurse I can be- not just for my patients, but for my team and myself. I know it won’t always be easy, but I’m honored to be part of a profession that can be so rewarding. My goal is to be the nurse who makes her patients feel safe, valued, and deeply trusted. I WILL be that nurse, no matter what challenges come my way. It may sound cliché, but I can’t wait to save lives and make a difference- even through the smallest gesture or life-saving measure.
To MY VILLAGE, man, shout out to ALL of y’all. Through every challenge and triumph, your unwavering support has been a constant source of strength. Whether through offering a listening ear, standing by me in tough times, or speaking words of encouragement. I couldn’t have asked for a better tribe, and I could never say thank you enough 🥹🫶 & to my grandmothers, I promised to keep making you proud, and I can only hope I’ve done just that 😇 Here’s to new beginnings and the start of an incredible journey-introducing your new

I started incorporating pelvic floor exercises into my pregnancy routine around 14 weeks, but now that I’m in my 3rd trimester, I’m being much more intentional & consistent with my birth prep 💟
