If you asked me 22 months ago — childless, living my best Pilates Princess era 👑 — that I’d have a baby, join a gym, then train AND compete in a weightlifting competition postpartum… I would’ve laughed and told you YA JOKIN’! 😂

Well… here we are 🏋🏽‍♀️✨

PUSH

✅ 40kg

A huge thank you to the team/fam @hybrid22_ @hybridhard for putting this together, pushing us, believing in us and putting up with us lil mommas. 🫶🏽

To my hype girls who have been by my side, and everyone at the gym who takes the time to clap for my little accomplishments, hype me up or lend a hand with Isla — THANK YOUUUU. You have no idea how much it means to me. 🥹💗

Thank you to the Kennedy-Pyke clan for always supporting me and helping with Isla so I can keep showing up and doing something for myself.

And to my partner @nathanpyke — it’s not easy putting up with a hybrid athlete of a fiancée 😜 Thank you for backing me through it all.

And finally, my little girl. 💗

I hope you grow up knowing that girls can be strong, take up space, chase big goals and be proud of what their bodies can do.

With you by my side, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. 💅🏽🏋🏽‍♀️💕 by @kazandra___

So proud of myself for coming 3rd in my first ever comp!

Thank you to all the coaches at Hybrid, I would have never known I was capable of anything like this if I never joined!

Thank you to my fiancé, my gym besties, my friends and family for always supporting me ❤️ & especially my brother, you’re my rock!

And special thank you to my baby girl who has no idea how much she means to me and motivates me 🫶🏼

Hybrid Mik’d (Mic’d) Episode 37 🎙️
Ft. Mik & Kaz.

Mikeala’s 400th class 🎉

Mik’s been part of the furniture around here for a while now.. and 400 classes is a pretty bloody good reminder of what consistency can build.

One whole year of you. 🎀

Somehow the tiny baby I held in my arms is ONE today. 🥹

A year of motherhood.
A year of loving you, caring for your every need, and celebrating every milestone.
A year of watching you grow into the little person you are, discovering the world in your own way.

365 days of joy, learning, laughter, and the sweetest love I’ve ever known.

Happy 1st Birthday, my beautiful girl. 🤍
I love you more than you’ll ever know. by @kazandra___
