Saif Ali Khan Pataudi, a Padma Shri awardee, got married to Amrita Shivender singh in 1991. (Amrita is the daughter of Army officer of repute, Shivender Singh Virk and politician Rukshana Sultana.) He was just 21 and she was 33 back then. They stunned the country by their sudden decision of getting married, mainly due to their age difference of 12 years. Some co-stars of Saif even made fun of him in public, calling his decision as stupid. But he didn't pay heed to all that.

Their marriage brought two kids into this world: Sara was born in 1995 and then Ibrahim was born in 2001. Their life was going smooth but in 2004, they had some personal dispute and got divorced. Saif got remarried to Kareena Kapoor whereas Amrita didn't marry after that. The media acted like a pack of hounds, back then, especially that rumour-queen of NDTV. She tried to make this divorce look as dirty as possible, spreading lies about the so-called affairs of both people involved, Amrita enforcing huge pressure on Saif to make herself the owner of his palaces in MP, both engaging in ugly scuffles in public etc. Looking at the decency this couple had maintained over the years, all those claims by NDTV looked absurd and false. Yet they continued with their smear campaign, even after the couple was divorced. It was as if that female journalist had some personal "hard feelings" for Amrita Singh, that she had decided to demean her as much as possible, through her constant rhetorics. She tried to portray a picture in which Saif hated Amrita so very much that he didn't even bother about the children she had given birth to.

This video in which Saif talks clearly and so generously about his ex-wife, destroys the entire narrative NDTV had tried to build during those years. Neither did Saif Ali Khan have persistent hard feelings for Amrita Singh nor was the case that he didn't bother about their kids. Here Saif clearly emphasizes upon the fact that Amrita had guided him during his struggle period in bollywood so very well and goes ahead to the extent of giving her the credit for the success he achieved later on.

This dialogue is being spoken to Don, played by Amitabh Bachchan by his subordinates in the 1979 Superhit movie "डॉन."

Amitabh has played a double role in this unforgettable movie. Firstly, the real gangster, "Don" gets killed in a police encounter. Then in a lucky breakthrough the DSP finds out Vijay, an absolute look-alike of Don. In a eureka moment, he gets the idea of turning Vijay into Don and then sending him to the gang of Don's accomplice, so as to gather evidence leading to their arrests. Vijay gets groomed by the DSP to become Don. He does it physically. But mentally, as per the plot created by the DSP, he creates a drama that his memory has been lost!

In order that all the activities of the
gang are executed properly it's vital that the memory of Don comes back. So Iin this dialogue, all the accomplices of Don are trying to bring back his memory by quoting various incidents of his life before a few months....!
