Parents weekend with our favorite girl 😍 There is nothing more I would rather do!! We love spending time in Columbia with AG and all her friends! It was a HOT one but still a really really good one. Tomorrow AG starts her senior year at The University of South Carolina and proud doesn’t even begin to describe how we feel!! How did we get here so fast? It seems like yesterday we were leaving her scared not knowing if this was the right decision. But watching her grown into who she is today surrounded by the sweetest girls is proof she is where she was always meant to be! It hasn’t always been rainbows and sunshine, it has come with its fair share of disappointment and heartbreak but God knew on the other side of that there would be bigger blessings and reward! These people in these pictures mean more to her than they will ever know! People say to us all the time…..she is living her best life and yes she is! Her new apartment turned out precious and her room is still my favorite 🩷 AG let’s get you graduated and on the path to PA school 🥳🥳🥳 and so I don’t have to say “Go Cocks” anymore 😂😂 Here is your sign if you aren’t sure if you should take the leap of faith and do something you may be scared to……do it! Happy Birthday to AGs bestie girl!! Ava Grace I couldn’t have hand picked a better person to have in Abby Graces life! Two years….feels like a lifetime. Maybe it is because I don’t know my life without my dad in it. Maybe it is because grief is an awful thing. This week I have missed him so so much. He was the funniest, most caring, selfless person. Would do anything for anyone. He was so witty and goodness he made me laugh. The way he would answer the phone would drive my mom and I NUTS but I would give anything for him to answer one last time. Dads are just special and mine was the most special to me. Two years without you just seems so unfair. Love your people! Tomorrow is never promised so don’t let one day pass without having the people that mean the most to you in your life! Tell them, they deserve to know. by @kbarainey

Family vacay 2026…….each year seems to go faster and faster and time with both kids is so few and far between! When we get to go see Avery and for a whole week to have both kids together is something I don’t take for granted! This was one for the books! High School Sweethearts……these two are the very definition ❤️ I have loved sweet Lila as long as I can remember! Watching her marry Jackson was one of my most favorite days! When you get to be a small part of some of your most favorite people’s big day it is so very special! Spring/Summer wedding season was one of the best yet! Happy Fathers Day to the guy our kids are SO lucky to have! You are the most selfless person I know! Humble, kind, hardworking and a tiny bit funny some days. Brandon we love you SO much!! Father’s Day for me is also a little bitter sweet because I miss my dad so much. He is one of the best parts of who I am and he is missed. Happy 20th Birthday to our girl!! Abby Grace it is hard for me to even put into words how much you mean to us. You are the most beautiful girl inside and out. You are smart, driven, sensitive, witty (well at least you think so), and one of the most selfless people I know. You love with your whole heart and are the most loyal.
