This month flew by far too fast, and I hardly took any photos to remember it by. A very busy month and many moments with my favorite people by @kbenning21

happy national girls & women in sports day!! So grateful for powerlifting. It makes me feel strong, confident, empowered, supported, and so many other things. Your reminder to take up space and do what brings you joy!!! Coming to a platform near you by the end of 2026 (hopefully) by @kbenning21

Thank you 2025. Thank you Jesus. A year of immense growth—mentally, spiritually, relationally, physically, professionally. I learned who I am. I fell back in love with powerlifting. I deepened friendships, and gained new ones. But the greatest decision I made was choosing baptism and committing my life to Christ. And the way my life has transformed since cannot be explained. Thank you El Roi, the God who sees me. ✞ by @kbenning21
