Matthew 7:6 says don’t cast your pearls before swine. I learned that verse by pouring into the wrong people/rooms, assuming
everybody wanted it as bad as I did. It taught me to be careful with my time and energy that I pour into people.

People always compare real estate to gold or the S&P 500.

Those can be solid investments… but it’s really not the same conversation.

Gold and stocks usually only pay you when you sell.

Real estate is a cash-flowing asset.

While you own it, it can be producing income and paying rent along the way.

That’s one of the biggest advantages of real estate—and one of the reasons most long-term wealth stories involve owning property.

One thing I’ve learned as I grow as a real estate developer, a leader, and a man is that success can quietly pull you away from the very thing that got you here in the first place.

For me, that’s my Faith in Christ.

As opportunities increase, as responsibility grows, as things start to move faster, it becomes even more important to stay centered. Not perfect. Not performative. Just close.
