My Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation and Leadership Denver journey started with perseverance. I applied three times before getting in. I had no idea then how completely the experience would shape my life. It gave me confidence, lifelong mentors and friends, and a community that got me through one of the hardest seasons of my life.

And I know I’m not alone. Our alumni are leading cities, strengthening nonprofits, building businesses, and creating more equitable communities. The collective impact is incredible.
