DECA:16 FIGURES - is a labor of love. I’ve been inspired by @decamusic music for the past 2 decades and it’s been a moving force in any work that I do. I’m beyond words grateful to the connection we have and the relationship we’ve cultivated through the years. His music and art is very unique and precious to me - hope it will resonate with all of you.

Thank you to my right hand, ride or die creative partner @yelizaveta_carr for supporting my vision and giving me the opportunity to make this doc. To my creative producer @zimblot - for loving Deca’s art as much as I do, and always finding new meaning to his work. And to the main person that pushes me everyday to make art @samzarrin - your belief in me and the hard work you put into it speaks louder than words, i’m forever grateful to you. @kubsssssssss - you’re my forever brother from another mother, thank you for always gracing me with your vision and always being down for anything - Kuba & Katia taking NYC will forever be one of my favorite trips!

OOHH YEAH BABY! WE’RE HEADING TO SXSW!!! I’m honestly speechless 😶 This is a dream come true. I would have never done it without my amazing crew and my two leads Anna and Sage! The trust and belief that everyone had in me is what kept me going. I would have never done this without any single one of you. This is the perfect early birthday girl I couldn’t even dream of 🙈✨🙏🏼♥️ #sxsw2019 #sxswshorts #femalefilmmaker #womeninfilm #mamawemadeit taken in SXSW by @kboom
