What another crazy, busy, beautiful year!!! 🌟

I’m so grateful for a loving God, good health, all needs met ….. & super blessed to do this life with the amazing people around me. ❤️❤️

The days are long, but the years are so incredibly short. I’m holding on tight to these “days I will remember.” 🥹🤪😍😵🥰🥳

Thanks for all the best, 2025!!! Ready for all the good in 2026!! Happy New Year Friends! 🎉

Another memorable year for the Bowens Bunch!! ❤️ 2024 brought challenges, but we celebrated way more triumphs. God is the absolute greatest & He carried us through every moment 🙌🏽 … we will continue to trust in His guidance, provision, covering, & immense love as we welcome 2025! 🌟

Can I say one more thing about this school year?? 🤷🏽‍♀️

This one was pretty unique.
Coach started the year at CAU & ended at Brooks. ❤️🖤🧡
I taught my 3rd year at CHES, 5th grade science & social studies. 👩🏽‍🔬💜
And I had a child at each level…
Timbo in college (junior year).
Taylor in high school (senior year).
Tanner in middle school (6th grade).
Kallie in elementary school (1st grade).

We had so many milestones, including academic & service honors, sports championships, & a high school graduation.

This was a year for the books!!!
Now please excuse me while I go ugly cry!!
😭❤️🏆🏈🧡🥇🏀💜🎓🌟

We’ve spent every one of his birthdays together since 1998….twenty-eight years of celebrating my favorite guy. 😍

That’s a long time. He’s been around A LONG TIME (does it sound like I’m calling him old?! Is 49 old??) I’m so glad he’s been around so long. I like having him around & doing this crazy life together. 😜

The calm to my storm. The mellow to my dramatic. The help to my meet. The yin to my yang. 👩🏽‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏽

Happy 49 to my hubs!!! 🥳🥳 by @kbowens78

Gabe is the baby of the family, our sweet boy, & Tanner’s BIGGEST fan and best friend! 🧡 He fills our days with the BIGGEST energy, the FUNNIEST moments, & complete & total SPORTS VIBES! 😂🏆 He reminds us SO much of his bestie, & watching those two together is the sweetest thing! 🥹❤️

Our Gabe loves us BIG, but we love him SO MUCH MORE!!! Happy 4th Birthday, Gabriel Noel!🌟💙🎉4️⃣

With just a couple weeks left until her 12th birthday, Kallie decided to invite me & her daddy to a presentation … with the birthday slideshow she created. We were very impressed. 😅
She knew her people might need to see it too. For informational purposes. Here ya go! 🥳🥳🥳 by @kbowens78

Happy Birthday to the absolute best woman I know … my momma!!! 😍

To say she’s the most loving & has the BIGGEST heart … that she’s the LOUDEST cheerleader for her people … that she’s there for ALL the things … that she will say EXACTLY what’s on her mind … that she’s the bravest & stands solidly on what she believes — would be the biggest understatement!! 🫣

We are beyond blessed to have this big hearted, outspoken, brave soul cheering us on, being there for it all, & loving us fiercely every day. And we’re even more blessed to celebrate her on her special day!! ❤️❤️

Love you way beyond momma!!!
Happy Birthday!!! 69 & still fine! 😜🤩🥳 by @kbowens78

Kallie needs your help with her last school fundraiser of the fall! 🦁

Pick a date on her calendar & send that amount!! You can send the amount for the date(s) you pick through Venmo (@Kesha-Bowens) or Cashapp ($kbowens). Her goal is to complete her calendar this week. Help our girl as she helps her school!

Thanks for your support! 🧡🖤

What a game!!! This one was fun to watch!! 🤩

After a challenging, back & forth start to the season, our guys showed exactly what they’re made of Friday night … & what a show it was!! 😤💪🏽😮‍💨

I’m so happy for this team because I know this one felt good. And I’m an extra proud momma, watching my 2 make big catch after big catch, rack up 158 yards, & score a TD (followed by an entertaining celly! 😜)!!! And, those Wildcats are no longer undefeated. 🫡

So what, now what?!! Great win Lions!! Let’s keep roaring!!! 🦁🏈💪🏽🌟
