Congratulations to McPherson College Head Volleyball Coach Cory Cahill on being named the 2025-26 KCAC Coach of Character.

The award is open to coaches across all sports in the KCAC, with Cahill selected for his commitment to leadership, service, and student-athlete development.

Cahill’s program is built around the “Mac 8” core values — Caring, Relentlessness, Resilience, Selflessness, Focus, Discipline, Positivity, and Gratitude — along with the principles of Character > Process > Result and Person > Player.

Under his leadership, McPherson finished 34-3, won the KCAC regular-season title, reached the NAIA Women’s Volleyball National Championship quarterfinals, and completed nearly 300 community service hours.
