Turns out "us time" was exactly what the doctor ordered.

Tag your someone you could use some "me and you" time with.

When the power goes out in DFW, you have two choices: Mexico or Parenthood. Choose wisely, y’all. 🤠❄️🤣

Every single mile is worth it when it ends with you. ✈️✨

People ask if 48 hours is worth a cross-country flight, early airport runs and zero sleep…but they don’t get it.

When you’re in a long distance relationship, time together isn't measured in hours. It’s measured in moments.

Share this with your person and save this for the next time you're boarding a flight for a quick weekend getaway! 🤍 by @kcandgirls

Smelling like a 10/10 just to pass out on the couch. Classic Mike D. 🏆🤣 by @kcandgirls

When he pulls off a whole 10/10 outfit completely unassisted. 🤌🫶 by @kcandgirls

Don’t be afraid of aging. Be afraid of stopping.

Getting into your 50s isn't the beginning of the end...it's when you finally stop asking for permission to take care of yourself.

A few non-negotiables that keep me strong, confident and showing up every day:

Prioritize muscle: Lifting weights isn't just about aesthetic...it's longevity, bone density, and metabolic freedom.

Ditch the noise: Stop listening to rules made by people who aren't living the life you want.

Consistency over intensity: Small daily habits add up faster in your 50s than they ever did in your 20s.

Save this for the days you need a reminder of what’s possible. 💪✨ by @kcandgirls

From gym clothes to casual dining: a survival guide for Mike D.

Extremely proud to report that no tank tops were harmed in this discussion. 🤣 by @kcandgirls

53 years old, 3 kids and 2 major surgeries on my abdomen...abdomen work is hard but so was having a colostomy bag for 6 months.

So was having cancer removed from my colon, my liver and my intestines sewn back together later on.

I will take the hard ab workouts. by @kcandgirls

Still a work in progress but I always love a good challenge! 🔥

Safe to say this was super tough. Spotting a few form tweaks I need to make after watching the video back but honestly still really proud of the effort.

Huge thanks to @vanitycompound for the vote of confidence! 💪

Tell me you’re on the same thought process without telling me you’re on the same thought process. 🤣 by @kcandgirls
