The Dragon Con 80s Night VIP Party at the Georgia Aquarium was EPIC!

An unforgettable night of 80s vibes, incredible costumes, dancing, and pure Dragon Con energy all inside one of the coolest venues in Atlanta. Such a surreal experience getting to capture the night and be part of the celebration!

A year ago today, Ivy was born …and life immediately said, “Buckle up!”
This last year came with a lot of loss, growth, and unexpected turns… but somehow, this little dog became my constant 🥹

She was everything I didn’t want: a girl, a puppy, and a white coat… and of course, she became everything I didn’t know I needed!
She forced me out of bed on my worst days, loved me through the mess, and reminded me that I could survive more than I ever knew!

Everyone else gets her chaotic, playful side and I get that as well as the sweet, snuggly, emotionally intuitive menace who thinks personal space is optional!
A part of me feels like we saved each other, cheesy, but painfully true🥰

Today would’ve been my parents’ 38th anniversary!!
Their relationship wasn’t about perfection or constant harmony, it was about laughter, showing up, staying committed, and building a family that carries their love forward in our own ways. 5 years ago I lost the most important man in my life; my supporter and the shoulder I used to lean on. Not a day goes by that I don’t think about what it would be like if you were still here. Your words and love are with me always, and I hope you’re smiling at the person I’ve become.
