Story time!

I sat a holiday party December of 2024 and I shared ( with excitement ) that I was starting a charcuterie business. I didn't know this table of people very well but it was fresh on my mind so I shared with them. When I said charcuterie someone burst into laughter and made a big deal about the word and not knowing what I was talking about. The rest of the table then laughed and I got to explain what I meant. It wasn't the best feeling, I'll admit that. But I'm glad that I got comfortable telling people what I was doing and saying a word that makes people laugh because I just closed out the first half of the year with more revenue than I did for 2025. 🥹 💪

Thank you to everyone who has ordered and encouraged me and pushed me to grow. And even those who like and share and comment! You're all amazing and I can't wait to see what the rest of the year holds !

If God gives you a dream- go for it! He's the best business partner 🤭🤣 by @kcsnackco

A little over a year ago I had my first graze table for a group of 50. I spent weeks preparing for it and felt confident about going and setting up the perfect table. I left my house and after 10 mins of driving realized I forgot two crates I needed to create the top layer of the table. 🫣

I drove home, got what I needed and started my journey again. That ate up 30 mins of my prep time. Up until then I had only been coached on building a graze on site with all of the ingredients. I got there with less time than I needed and I to put it together from scratch. I basically scrambled for 90 minutes and guests started showing up and I was sweatin' to get it done. I was throwing my bins under the table and out the side door to get out of site.

I left and called my husband and sobbed bc of how stressful it was. The clients were so happy so that was a plus but I did not ever want to feel so frazzled again! The when I went back to collect my things there was SO much left over.

Even though the clients were happy I knew there was more work to do. I spent countless hours studying and watching others online and how they prepare. Thankfully, I met @thegrazingcompany510 and she's been the most amazing coach! Last week I did a table for 100. I arrived with all my boards assembled and ready to arrange on the table. My portions were way more accurate and I left feeling proud instead of stressed. 🙌

I'd highly recommend Amanda as a coach if you're in the business and looking for someone to help you fine tune your business! by @kcsnackco

We've done it ! We have reached our 2nd anniversary!

We are so thrilled and proud to be here in this space for the KC community!

Our family has been so blessed by how you've all responded to this business. I wouldn't be able to pull it off without my husband. He's the best cheerleader and Swiss Army knife a girl could ask for ! Doing this while having 4 little ones hasn't been easy but it's been fun doing it as a team.

When God dropped this idea in my heart I knew it could only be done if He could give me the grace for it and a road map to keep going when it felt extremely hard. There were so many times when I felt Him saying " just keep going !" . I'm so glad I did because we have accomplished more in a short time than I realized was possible.

There are some very exciting things on the horizon and I can't wait to share them with you !

If you need a board or a grazing table for your next event please reach out to us at www.mykcsnackco.com

Thanks for your continued support !! ❤️🥹

It's fun to do something different every once in a while ! This grazing table was put together with boards from us and sandwiches from Hyvee. I love when a client knows exactly what they are going for and we were thrilled with how it all turned out ! by @kcsnackco

A wedding of two who found each other later in life is especially sweet. This bride paired a few petite grazing boards with a salad and chicken salad croissants for her guests. ✨ by @kcsnackco
