Instead of going to all of your professionals, I help people transform their end-of-life documents and put all in one place.

Imagine having your medical, financial, legal, and funeral professionals talking to one another? I can't either. Instead, let's put YOUR life in one place so if there is the need, your family has no questions about what to do. I throw in non-legal information too-like your digital life, your care preferences, grief, communication, and instructions on your household (who feeds the cat?)

End-of-life is not about death. It is about taking care of business to free yourself up for life.

My course takes you step-by-step. I offer weekly Q&A sessions, and a community that is going through similar situations.

Planning for the end of life is often mistaken for large grand plans. But really it is a lot of small, deliberate, decisions and actions.

This week you could, for example, have a conversation with a parent or spouse, research funeral dispositions, journal about your thoughts on death, or schedule an appointment with an expert.

I have created a comprehensive end-of-life framework both in a self paced course as well as a small group workshop.

A lot of people do not know their funeral options.
If funeral planning is done at the last minute we often don't understand what we are getting. Funerals are full of travel, next steps, grief, etc.
If you add planning on top of that, we risk making decisions that don't fit our needs.
Funerals should be a time of CONNECTION and HEALING. And planning ahead supports that.

Counting down to my favorite:
10. Pressed into a diamond or worn as jewelry.
9. Made into a vinyl record
8. Tattoos-small amounts of cremated remains can be added to tattoo ink
7. Memorial Reefs-cremains can be formed into habitat for marine wildlife.
6. Sent to space-maybe you never made the cut as an astronaut, but your human remains can! (Lunar and Suborbital, and Deep Space options available)
5. Board game timer, dice, or figurines-you can still be included in game night.
4. Golf ball! You can become the center of the game.
3. Living stones-your loved one can be pressed into shockingly satisfyingly shaped stones. I know what you're thinking-how are stones cooler than space flight? Think of it this way-this may be a great option for those relatives that being close but not too close is good. Into the garden!
2. Windchimes-this is for those that like multiples senses involves in someone's memory.

and my favorite option....
FIREWORKS! You can choose your color(s) and how long you want the display! Imagine a lawn party to invite the family where your remains can light up the sky!
