✨homecoming✨
.
.
✨when the pandemic hit in 2020, I completely lost my physical practice. I admittedly began to teach out of necessity rather than out of a place of love and interest. I started to question why I showed up to teach when I myself was not in a place where I could show up fully.
.
.
✨ by 2021 that started to shift but I felt that even still, was I showing up to teach from a place of passion and interest? Grasping onto life experiences as inspiration classes began to feel #emo.
.
.
✨In 2022, I felt like I was maybe out of the rut and by 2023 I started to feel like I was recycling themes, classes and taking a backseat on creative sequencing. I started to feel #stuck. Enough was enough. It was time to come home to my body. To feel again, to learn again, to move again. 💖 I end 2023 and journey into 2024 igniting inspiration, creativity, and an openness to learn.
.
.
✨ 2024 is my homecoming ✨
