Cheers to those who choose to get up every day and create a path for others to follow.

Cheers to those who take the risks, carry the responsibility, and create opportunities that allow others to provide for their families and build a better future.

And cheers to my fellow brothers and sisters who choose to step up—the builders, the leaders, the entrepreneurs, the tradesmen and women, and all those who refuse to settle for simply going through the motions.

Today is my brother Jonathan Stevens’ birthday, and today I want to celebrate more than the incredible father, grandfather, husband, and gifted musician that everyone knows him to be.
I want to celebrate my little brother.
When I think about us, my mind immediately goes back to the adventures we shared as kids—the forts we built, the endless summer nights running through the neighborhood with the neighbor kids, imaginary gunfights, scraped knees, and a thousand memories that only brothers truly understand.
What’s funny is that we don’t live very far apart, yet life has a way of keeping us busier than we’d like, and we don’t see each other nearly enough. That genuinely pains me. But one thing I’ve never questioned is this: when I need him, he’s there. And he knows I’ll always be there for him.
One of the greatest joys now is watching our families grow together. Seeing the bond between our children is something I treasure. And today is especially meaningful as Jon celebrates his birthday with his oldest son in town and with his grandson, Shiloh, there to celebrate alongside him. What a gift.
Jon, I love you more than words can express. I am incredibly proud of the man you’ve become—your character, your integrity, your talents, your heart, and the way you love your family.
But more than anything else…
I’m simply proud to be your big brother.
