Long have I foraged most of my herbs I use in my practice and one of my favourites is the mysterious Mugwort! 🌿

I’m always drawn to use this sacred herb, mugwort is connected to the moon and divine feminine, activating the Third-eye opening it has so many magical uses for your tools and your home!

Burn it, smoke it, infuse it, cook with it, decorate your home for protection…… the list goes on!

Drinking mugwort tea or burning it as an incense before meditation helps quiet the conscious mind and sharpen intuition. Warding the home- Sprigs are hung above doorways or carried in amulets to block malicious energy!
Before drinking tea, please make sure you’re not pregnant as this powerful herb can bring in labour too!

Lucid dreaming: Practitioners place dried mugwort inside dream pillows or sachets under their mattress to prompt vivid and lucid dreams! I’m going to make a flying ointment out of my foraged mugwort! 🧹 after I have dried it infused it in my oil.

Remember when foraging, connect with the plant, sight, smell, taste, and gives thanks and always leave an offering of gratitude for Mother Earth for providing us these sacred healing herbs!

Are you wanting to know a little more about how you can use mugwort in your daily rituals or practices? Even if you’re not “witchy” we should all be taking care of our bodies and energy! And this amazing herb can help you in your everyday life ✨

Keep an eye out for my new series of retreats and workshops coming soon! Moon and magic, divine feminine, cacao and rose, blue lotus for opening your third eye and more! Connect with your inner witch, no expectations or experience needed…. Begin your journey to soul healing with herbs that are all around us for free!

Witchcraft is self care on an energetic level, a quiet moment to connect with yourself and the beautiful world around you.

Happy new moon 🌑

I’m always divinely Protected by my spiritual guides 🪽

Never fuck with a witch…… it will come back to you times three and so it be 🪄✨

Recently I’ve helped a few friends out with spells, protection oils, and other things, so if you need any help or advice or your wanting to delve in to herbs crystals and everything witchy keep a eye out for my new series of sacred spaces I will be holding very soon.

Just one from my witchy shoot in the forest with @benb1028
