I never knew how much of an impact this program would have on me. Now that my senior season has come to an end, I am realizing how hard it is to say goodbye to something that means so much. Being captain and having the opportunity to lead so many talented and wonderful girls was an honor and I will forever be proud of this amazing group. Cheer has taught me lessons I will carry throughout my entire life moving forward.

More importantly, cheer has given me teammates who turned into family. To my squad, thank you for everything. Without you, I would not be who I am today. Thank you for all believing in me and always being uplifting. So much hardwork went into this team and I will miss competing along side you all at state next year 🤞. I am so incredibly thankful and blessed that my friends and I are all healthy and able to do what we love. I am forever grateful for these bonds I built. I love you all.

Thank you to the older girls for being amazing role models and giving me someone to look up to. Now, it means the world to me when the younger cheerleaders tell me they are inspired by me. I hope my love for cheer can continue to be passed down to those who have not discovered it yet.

Thank you to my teammates, coaches, all the athletes I cheered for, and everyone who supported us from the stands. Lastly, thank you to my parents, you both continually push me to be a strong and hardworking woman. Saying goodbye to this chapter has been so hard, but Elyria Cheer will forever have a place in my heart and I am proud to say I got to be apart of it. ❤️ #senior #elyriacheer by @keag_low
