The 44th @braininjuryallianceofnj Annual Professional Seminar was a huge success!!

🧠 @mar00sh17 and I presented a workshop titled "From Impact to Integration: A Collaborative Approach to Concussion Management in Aging Populations"

🧠 There were 3 posters from 6 of our @kean_dpt students!

🧠 @kean_dpt alum @dr.gi_thedpt presented a workshop on pediatric concussion!

🧠 we missed you @lziaks but you had lots of shoutouts 😉!!

It was an action packed day full of learning from some incredible experts in the TBI field and networking with colleagues (both new and old).

Thank you to my fellow BIANJ committee members who helped to make this such an impactful event year after year!

Our 2nd year students had fun dressing up for their Oxford Debate in the Ethics, Advocacy, and Leadership class!
Here’s what they debated:

Should PTs be allowed to promote themselves as “specialists” without formal board certification?

Should it be required that DPT students complete a full year long residency after they earn their DPT degree?
