MONDAY & FRIDAYS WITH ME 🤘🏼

bring a friend and your friends friend 😉🤣❤️🥊🔥 by @keanikbombs

Told myself that I wasn’t gonna make a post like this because I don’t want anyone’s pity or sound like I am making excuses.

But posting about my journey in this last fight camp being a mother of 4 + wife I hope to inspire women out there who are moms or women period. That no matter what odds are against you I promise doing what you love and just doing your best is the best feeling you could have, rather than regretting even trying.

Though I had the worst fight camp of my life 😂 I wanted to pull out of my fight MULTIPLE of times due to something happening literally every day 😅, whether it be personal life stuff or things that happened during my trainings etc. Things that were very overwhelming for me mentally. Usually I can handle hardships in life and training. But being a mother while in fight camp is prolly one of the hardest things I ever done in my life lol.

On top of everything I got my “🦈” on fight week, so cutting an extra 5 pounds that didn’t wana come off was rough on top of other things that transpired.

All in all, I love this sport. It is a very demanding sport but with the right people you really could go far. Being It’s been 7 years since my last fight, i definitely felt my fight rust and wish I could have done more, but also I give myself props being I was 11 months postpartum and because I never done a kick boxing fight since I was in high school, all my other fights were mma leading up to 2018. Definitely a different ball game now days 😆

Point is don’t ever give up no matter what the devil throws at you, even tho I lost I know I won peoples hearts and that’s all that matters to me. I love this sport because now I can give back by being the coach I always wanted. ❤️
