After a beautiful sunrise on Ischia we made the 1.5 mile hike to Castello Aragonese dating back to the fifth century. The view was amazing but the thunderstorm that caught up with us, cut our time a bit short. Still managed to find time for an incredible lunch and gave us a great excuse to make use of the indoor thermal spa. taken in Ischia, Italy by @kearny2150

We hiked the 500 steps down to swim at the base of the La Fortuna Waterfall. It was an absolutely amazing experience! The 500 steps back up were not quite as amazing! Then time for some incredible local food and craft beer in town. You need to add Costa Rica to your bucket list! taken in La Fortuna Waterfall, Costa Rica by @kearny2150

Yesterday was all about the Arenal Volcano and the hot springs. Our guide was so amazed that we were able to see the entire volcano. It’s usually completely covered by clouds. Saw some amazing birds and flowers. taken in La Fortuna, Alajuela, Costa Rica by @kearny2150

Our last two days in Budapest were crazy busy but we managed to find some amazing local food, saw all the historical sites we could find, had a beer spa and hit up the thermal baths and finished things off in an Irish Pub. It’s always hard to say goodbye to Europe, but I’m ready to be home! by @kearny2150

Busy day yesterday! Our walking tour took us to the Memorial Against War and Fascism, Hofburg Palace and the Opera House, then on to see the Lippizaner Horses (a long time dream of mine), Schönbrunn Palace and finished with a classical music concert!
