✨ THIS IS YOUR INVITATION. ✨

To dance.
To worship.
To create.
To belong.
To use the gift God gave you for something greater than yourself.

RISEN is more than a dance concert. It’s a community of people coming together from different backgrounds, different ages, and different styles—with one purpose:

To point our gifts back to Him. 🤍

And now… RISEN 2027 begins.

ALL AGES.
ALL STYLES.
ALL FOR HIM.

Whether you’ve danced your whole life or you simply have a love for movement and a desire to worship through it—there is a place for you here.

Our 2027 video auditions are officially OPEN! 🎥✨

Auditions will remain open October 1–31.

This year, we’re inviting dancers to audition for the styles they feel called to. Come as you are. Bring your gift. Bring your heart. And let’s see what God can do with it.

Your dance.
His glory.

🔊ON! 🙌🏼 Why are we here? Where did we come from before this life? Where will we go when we die? Who is Jesus Christ? Why is He important? ⤵️
•
•
God is our Father, and He loves us. We are His children. We are part of His family, and we lived with Him before we were born on this earth. He has a plan of happiness that makes it possible for us to return to His presence after this life. Our progress depends on how we use our God-given agency, or ability to choose. As part of that plan, the Fall of Adam and Eve made it possible for us to come to earth, gain a physical body, have experience, and have families of our own. But the Fall also brought physical death, which is separation of the spirit from the body, and spiritual death, which is separation from God.
Jesus Christ is central to God’s plan. Christ’s atoning sacrifice overcame the effects of both physical and spiritual death. We will all be resurrected and will live forever with physical bodies free of pain and sickness. Christ also made it possible to overcome spiritual death. As we live His gospel He will mercifully forgive our sins. He will heal us and replace guilt and shame with peace and happiness in this life.
As part of God’s merciful plan, we will all suffer a physical death. Our spirits will be separated from our bodies and will live for a time in the spirit world. We will then be resurrected with an immortal body, an eternal union of our body and spirit. We will be judged according to our works and desires. Those who have lived the teachings of Jesus Christ will receive our Father in Heaven’s greatest gift, the gift of exaltation—to live as a family in His presence.
Our Heavenly Father has again reached out to His children in love to reveal His plan of happiness. We learn about this wonderful plan in the Book of Mormon, which you can read, ponder, and pray about!: comeuntochrist.org💛

SO… WHAT ACTUALLY IS RISEN? 👀🤍

If you saw our audition announcement and thought, “Wait… could I actually be part of this?” — this post is for you.

RISEN is a worship dance community bringing together dancers of different ages, backgrounds, and styles to create something bigger than ourselves.

And yes — you can audition.

You don’t have to know anyone.
You don’t have to fit one specific dance style.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to know whether you’ll be cast.

You just have to be willing to try.

Our 2027 show will be performed at the Covey Center for the Arts in Provo on April 2, with shows at 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, preceded by a full tech day and dress rehearsal on April 1.

And this year, RISEN has also been given an incredible opportunity to participate in the Salt Lake Temple celebration, where portions of our show will be performed in multiple 30-minute performances throughout the celebration. 🤍

Temple Celebration participation is not required to audition for RISEN.

If you’ve been dancing for years — come.
If you’ve never danced with RISEN — come.
If you dance contemporary, jazz, ballroom, hip hop, tap, Irish, or something completely different — come.

ALL AGES. ALL STYLES. ALL FOR HIM.

🎥 Video auditions are open October 1–31
