Fruitionizing

On the matter of fruitionizing, and bringing one of my longest running dreams to life. I used to be 16 sewing these shirts in my room. One long sleeve, one short sleeve. Lefty’s and Righty’s. Wondering why I couldn’t find this silhouette anywhere. They look familiar but refreshing at the same time. I cold emailed design teams of my favorite brands looking for opportunities to share my different perspective on t-shirts. In world where almost anything you could imagine is available, it didn’t make sense why this hadn’t been explored and established as another basic someone could have in their closet. I decided eventually I would have to be the person to normalize it, and 8 years later it’s finally coming full circle. This is me wearing one of my bedroom samples from 2018, and now I’m working with an amazing manufacturer on getting the first official batch shaped to perfection…. One step closer to sharing something I’ve loved for so long, with the rest of the world!
