The Origin Story

For a long time, Keauded was just a concept ruminating in my mind, keauded (coated) in disciplines like graphic design, press-on nails (@keauxtedklaws), and fashion (@keauded). But here’s how it became concrete:

I studied architecture at the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk🤘🏽) for security. My parents feared I’d be a “starving artist,” so I picked architecture as the balance between arts and stability. But honestly, it didn’t fulfill me like interior design would.

The Turning Point:
Keauded Interiors started in summer 2025. I was rushing to find a spot, and when I signed the lease for my studio—my first big girl apartment without student loans—I was ecstatic. I finally had a space to make my true sanctuary.
Naturally, I ran to Canva. I arranged furniture and decor until the vision clicked. When it did, I felt so…expressed. Like I was finally seeing myself, my soul, externally shown in the world.
I turned that design into a 3D rendering (this image) and sent it to my family. They were impressed. I was super proud. Super excited. Then, I had a split-second urge.

The Post:
I’ve always been self-conscious about posting, afraid of what people would think. But in this moment, I wasn’t scared. I was just proud. I had made something that expressed my core, and I simply wanted to share it.

I posted it.

Immediately, it was gaining likes. My first 5,000 likes. First 10,000. Over 15,000 likes and 70,000 views later, I was in awe. I’d been creating for years, but nothing gained traction like the thing I made for myself.
That traction turned into my first client. Then my second. Then my third (shoutout to my mom🤭) and so on. And here we are today.

The Mission:
I aim to do for others what I did for myself. I want to create spaces that express our truest essence in the most fun, loud way possible. I believe every wall, surface, and crevice should be decorated with a piece of our soul. Not to be dramatic, but yes, interior design is that serious to me. It’s that spiritual.

SO…

If you’re craving a space that feels like a sanctuary and looks unapologetically like you, you’re in the right place. Welcome to the world of Keauded 🪐 taken in Houston, Texas by @keaudedinteriors

The Grand Reveal 🌹

It’s official: welcome to KEAUDED.

If we haven’t met yet, hi! I’m Kodi, the brain behind the designs. I’m here because I believe your home should be loud in its expression of you, it should be a core memory, and it should be your sanctuary.

My background is in architecture, but my heart is in rebelling against the old and boring. I created Keauded to bridge that gap: combining technical precision with an explorative, "star girl" maximalist edge.

Consider KEAUDED your permission slip to ditch the safe choices. We’re doing high-contrast, we’re doing rich textures, and we’re bringing the drama.

I specialize in Virtual Interior Design and E-Design packages, helping you visualize and execute a curated aesthetic that feels like your personal dreamscape brought to life.

Stick around; we’re literally just getting started! ✨ by @keaudedinteriors
