And suddenly… it’s October again. 🥹🍂

Which is weird… because in my head, it was just yesterday when you were barely 4–5 days old, sleeping in my arms, so tiny that I was scared to even hold you too tightly. 🤍

And now… you’re THREE. 🥹
Running, talking, arguing, laughing, having your own little opinions… and somehow growing up way faster than my heart is ready for.

How did 3 years go by so quietly?
I wish I could pause time and go back to that October… just for a day. ❤️

Because everyone tells you babies grow up fast…
but nobody tells you how much you’ll miss every version of them while watching them grow. 🥺

To my baby — you’ll always be my tiniest baby, no matter how big you get. ❤️

“Feed him more… he’s not eating enough!” 🥺
If you’re a parent, chances are you’ve heard this too.
And I did exactly what everyone told me.
One more bite.
One more spoon.
Just finish this much. 😰
Until I realised…
Maybe my toddler didn’t need MORE food.
Maybe he needed the chance to actually feel HUNGRY. 👀
Because hunger drives appetite.
I stopped chasing him around with “just one more bite” and started focusing on:
🥣 Regular meals
🍎 Planned snacks
⏰ Reasonable gaps between eating occasions
👶 Following hunger & fullness cues
❤️ Taking the pressure out of mealtimes
And slowly, food became less of a battle and more of something he could enjoy.
A reminder for every parent who worries, “My child isn’t eating enough.” 🥹👇
You don't have to make every meal a negotiation.

Baby’s nutrition is bigger than just MILK. 👶🏻🥣
Once complementary feeding begins around 6 months, milk is still important — but food starts playing an increasingly important role too.
Then rapid-fire:
❌ Toned milk is “better”
❌ Flavoured yogurt = healthy yogurt
❌ More ghee = more healthy weight
❌ Delay paneer & curd
❌ Delay allergens unnecessarily
❌ Only dal-rice/khichdi is enough
❌ Force-feeding = better nutrition

Travelling with a baby was one thing…
Travelling with a toddler? 😂🫠
I’ve been travelling with my son since he was 40 days old, and the difference is CRAZY.
Baby needed:
🍼 Milk
😴 Sleep
🤱 Cuddles
Toddler needs:
A NEW THING EVERY 30 MINUTES. 😂
And after all these journeys, I’ve finally figured out a few things that make travelling with him so much easier — whether we’re in a car, train, flight or bus. 🚗🚆✈️🚌
