In reality your title would be my grandmother. It felt like more. You were my mom. Many may not know, but who knows, knows. You are my world, I can’t believe you’re gone and everyday I wonder is this really my reality right now. We made plans ; however, God had different plans. I use to question how so sudden or why…or how…but God makes no mistakes. He knows the pain you were enduring , now you’re at peace.

This is like a nightmare I never wanted to come through. You were my motivation, my teacher, my foundation, my best friend…now you’re my guardian angel, Miss Boss Lady. You taught me so much, It was always me, you and daddy. You were a blessing to everyone you met. Everyone who knows you knows that you are one of Gods angels. It’s hard to come across people like you, you were truly one of a kind.

I honestly don’t know how I’m going to do this without you. You called me everyday. If I was in a bad mood , you would somehow sense it miles away and call me to lift my spirits. We have so many memories and I can’t do anything but cherish them. Your presence brought me peace. No amount of words can express the trauma I feel ;however, I know you are with me. You will forever live through me.

Grandma, thank you for everything ,for your guidance, your prayers, your kindness, and your endless love. You were a blessing to this world, and heaven has truly gained an angel. I will love you always, and though I miss you dearly, I will carry you with me forever. Get your rest queen. Until we meet again my beautiful angel. Still trying to process today 🥹… My very first pop up for Y.A.F Collective and the amount of love and support shown meant more than y’all know.
