Two years with the sweetest girl I’ve ever known 🎈🎈

Watching you grow has been the greatest honor of my life. You’re so independent, so smart, so observant, and somehow already so sure of yourself. Me and your Mom are constantly in awe of you.

Ending our breastfeeding journey after 2 years has been so bittersweet for me. It felt like saying goodbye to the tiniest, most innocent version of you…the baby version I wanted to hold onto forever. But watching you thrive and become your own little person has made every part of letting go worth it.

You look just like me and carry my attitude 🤦🏽‍♀️, but have all the best traits of your Mom. You’re the most spoiled little girl ever and the light of our entire world.

Who knew that 42 hours of labor would yield the greatest gift of our lives?!

Happy 2nd birthday, Mommy’s baby…the gift that keeps on giving. I love you endlessly!

Baby girl, we truly can’t believe how fast this year has flown. From the moment you arrived, our world shifted in the most magical way. You radiate brilliance in the smallest moments—using sign language, recognizing colors, reciting your ABCs, and showing your puppy brother exactly who’s boss 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

One of the greatest blessings of this past year has been the gift of presence. No daycare, no rushed mornings—we’ve been able to show up for you every single day. We’re committed to building a life where both your moms can be fully present—stay-at-home, hands-on, and rooted in love 🤞🏽

Your presence is proof that the universe heard our prayers and honored our love. Through every challenge this year, we remained locked in, building the life we dreamed for you. 🔒🙏🏽

6 months already?! How?! It’s been such a blessing and dream watching our baby girl grow over these last few months. She’s truly everything. So smart, so sassy, so feisty…but pure LOVE! Till this day, we’re just in awe that we get to raise a tiny human and give her all the love that we have. Never in our wildest dreams did we think a tiny human would be birthed with not only both of our physical qualities, but also both of our personalities! She’s adventurous and competitive, yet dramatic and goofy. Me and Jazz literally wrapped into one. It literally has to be the power of love! My sweet girl. My killa. My loud, barking baby. My very first puppy. Oh Shiloh, mommy misses you so much! I’ve had a really hard time processing the fact that you’re no longer physically here with us. I miss you, Mom misses you, and your baby brother misses you. He’s been looking for you all around the house since you left us 😭

Thank you for giving us 8, almost 9 years of your crazy chaotic spirit! You taught us so much but most of all you taught us patience! Cause Lord knows we needed a ton of it when it came to you. You were the best cuddle buddy and companion to your grandmas, you welcomed your human sister with excitement and even gave her kisses that you didn’t like to give lol. You became the best big sister to Simba and taught him how to be a protector. We love you so much and the house isn’t the same without you. (Late Post)
2 months with my Toot! She’s honestly the best and sweetest baby 😌
She no longer fits in her newborn clothes (wears size 3 months)😭😭
Now she loves to TALK our ears off at 2am (the baby noises are sooooooo cute).
She holds her head up well and she’s already trying to sit up unassisted like a big girl 💡
She loves staring at the fan and eating of course
Her favorite thing to do is watch Mommy and Mom dance and play basketball on the mini goal in the house 😂😂
Her laugh is funniest and her kisses are the sweetest 😍

Today, on your 33rd birthday, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we’ve shared together. From the moment we met (almost 20 years ago), it’s always been a “2 peas in a pod”…”me and you against the world” type of deal.

As a teen, I remember thinking “I’ve never felt a love as pure, nonjudgmental, or as fun as this!” To know you is one thing, to love you is another. But to get to experience you is truly life changing!

I’m so so excited for our daughter! The love you show her is GREATER and so beautiful. It makes me fall in love with you all over again, even more deeply than before. I am so grateful to be on this journey with you, to witness your transformation into the dope ass MOM you are. 1 month with my Toot 🥰 (late post)

Baby girl has made a habit of dancing with and staring into Mom’s eyes. She as also grown accustomed to spitting up and sneezing on Mommy 😂
She LOVES to eat, listen to music, have bath time and laugh.
At one month, she’s already trying to stand, roll over and talk (she has said Hi multiple times) 😳
She’s such a character and has funny faces for days! Lol Now I know what parents mean when they say time slow down! 😭

From the moment I saw your face on the ultrasound, till the moment I birthed you in our home, one thing holds true: you are perfect in every sense of the word. Your presence has filled my heart with an indescribable joy. You’re my literal twin and it’s so amazing to watch! No matter how big my nephews get, they will always be my “first” babies. Near or far, they are always close in our hearts. So glad we get to spend some quality time with them. We’ve missed these babies and love them so much! 💙💙💙 by @keeesh1
