As your one year anniversary in heaven approaches I thought I’d let you know that Ny & myself let go of some balloons in your honor this weekend. I’m not even going to sit here and act like this year hasn’t been the toughest without you. You were my roll dog, my ride or die, a true best friend. I miss you, I miss our movie nights, the late nights convos about the goofiest stuff, how we would laugh until we cried, how obsessed you were about buttcheeks, how you would go out of your way to make it to every single event I’ve had & would constantly check on me just off of vibes you would get because you genuinely knew me. I’ve come to realize that I’ll mourn you far longer than I’ve got to experience you and I’ll do that like a badge of honor because people like you are truly rare to come by, a diamond in the rough. My Lea!

Losing you left a wound that feels almost unbearable. I still find myself messaging you, just hoping somehow you’ll respond.

Sis, you meant so much to me. You made me feel seen and important in a world where I often felt alone. Your little squeaky voice and that laugh of yours were impossible not to love, and you were the best company I ever had.

You showed me that kindness matters, and that it’s important to tell people how much they mean to you while they’re here. I find comfort in knowing there was never any doubt about how close we were. You knew how much I loved you, and I knew how much you loved me, and that’s what’s bringing me peace right now.

I promise I’ll rep you until my last breath and honor your memory forever. You were one of the best parts of my SL, and it will never be the same without you.

The angels are so lucky to have you now, but I wish you were still here with me. They better be nice to you or else!

I love you so much, and I’m going to miss you more than words can ever say. 🕊️🤍
