Police Posed as Water Company, Then Violently Forced Entry Into Home

Police came to our door posing as water company workers, claiming they were there to shut off our water for nonpayment. This seemed plausible because we had just paid the bill the day before. We calmly told them it must be a mistake.

As we began to close the door, they utility workers attacked. They tackled my husband and my minor child and forced their way into our home. You can see and hear in this video a cop impersonating a utility worker telling my minor, who was home sick from school with severe bronchitis, she was “under arrest”.

They then claimed they were police acting on a “felony warrant.” That claim was false. No felony warrant existed.

The enforcement action was based on a procedural bench warrant, issued days after a probation officer filed a report—and only because of that report.

The timing is critical. The probation officer’s report came after our family filed complaints, asserted disability accommodations, challenged armed home visits, and objected to probation misconduct. There was no new crime, no emergency, and no judicial finding justifying a raid. The report itself contained non-violations and retaliatory allegations, making it unlawful on its face.

Police escalated a paperwork issue into a violent home invasion, misrepresenting the warrant as a felony to justify deception, forced entry, and force against a child.

There was no search warrant, no consent, and no exigent circumstances. A retaliatory probation report was used as the sole trigger to manufacture authority, deceive a family at their front door, and carry out a brutal raid.

This was not public safety.
It was retaliation, deception, and violence under color of law.

Under controlling law:

• Home entry without warrant or judge-signed condition = illegal
• Police–probation coordination to bypass warrants = illegal
• Trial court punishment after appeal = illegal
• Imprisonment without jurisdiction = unlawful detention

These are statutory and constitutional requirements.

When the State ignores them, it is not enforcing law —

Let’s cut through the noise. Trillions of taxpayer dollars are stolen under the guise of "defense" while fire departments are underfunded, schools crumble, and families in Flint, East Palestine, and Maui are left to fend for themselves. Your hard-earned wages aren't paying for clean water or disaster relief-they're funding bombs dropped on innocent families in Gaza, Yemen, and beyond. This isn't just negligence; it's calculated theft and genocide, driven by a government that prioritizes corporate profits over human lives.
Los Angeles burns, and instead of sending aid, the government sent ICE agents.
Prisoners are paid pennies to fight wildfires while billionaires profit and corporations like State Farm abandon communities. This is modern slavery, legalized through loopholes that exploit Black and brown bodies for labor. The same system that exploits prisoners is the one funding mass murder abroad. It's all connected-the suffering here and the destruction overseas.
The media won't tell you the full story.
They'll show you the aftermath of these crises but never the cause: a government and corporate elite who have given themselves the license to kill, steal, and victimize on a global scale. Dr. King warned, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." The same system that starves Gaza abandons American communities, and they rely on your silence to keep the machine running.
It's time to snap out of it. The politicians and CEOs aren't working for you; they're working for themselves. Stop fighting your neighbors and start fighting the system exploiting all of us. Demand accountability.
Speak out. Fight back. Because if we don't, the theft, the genocide, and the destruction will never end.

I am reporting publicly that police continue to pull up to my home, leave, and then return. Every time it happens, I am thrown into a panic attack.

It is well documented that I am medically fragile, cannot safely tolerate extreme stress, and am at high risk when subjected to it.

Let the record be clear: I fear for my life. I have repeatedly told my medical providers that I am terrified the public will not take what is happening to my family seriously until someone is seriously injured or killed.

A doctor has already filed a CPS report against police physically assaulting my child and leaving her with blunt-force bruising.

Who do you call for protection when the people bringing fear and danger to your home are the police themselves?

There are documented alteration of evidence in my family’s case. That demands independent investigation—not further escalation. When officers entrusted with investigating police shootings, are accused of manipulating evidence, the integrity of those practices becomes a matter of public safety, not merely a private grievance.

This is not making the public safer. It is psychological torment and senseless endangerment of a medically vulnerable household.

This review of my #screenplay BUTTERMILK popped up in my Facebook memories today from four years ago.

My thoughts now?

I think I feel trapped in a world I *do* understand.

I see people suffering from generational trauma and toxic social conditioning. I see systems that thrive on dehumanization and alienation.

I see the harm being done. I just refuse to accept it as normal. I believe we are smart enough as a species to recognize harmful patterns, unlearn them, and change for the better.

I wrote BUTTERMILK because I wanted people to fear fascist control the way #jaws made people afraid of sharks.

I wanted the audience to learn to recognize tactics abusers use to manipulate perception. It’s about encouraging people to confront power when its narratives do not align with the evidence or with lived reality.

I don’t think powerful institutions… including
#Hollywood… are particularly interested in the public having this conversation.

Thats why writing this felt necessary. by @keepcrissyweird

Don’t let police misconduct push a disabled family with children and rescue pets into homelessness. Don’t turn your back on a struggling mother fighting to protect her children.

My children’s father and I were separated. I do not judge him for being on a dating app or responding to profiles presented as adults. I judge the State for entering adult-only spaces, presenting officers as adults, and then using those encounters to manufacture “child” prosecutions when the evidence does not support the narrative they later sold to the public.

He was targeted, set up and framed.

My actual teenager mocks the idea that the officer—an adult woman using current 30 year old adult photographs—looked like someone her age. Yet that manufactured persona became the foundation for trauma inflicted on real children.

Read the slides. Look at the evidence. Then understand what authorities used to justify torturing my family.

Police broke into my medically fragile home, tackled my chronically ill child to the ground, threatened her with arrest, and left her with blunt-force bruising and #ptsd .

Those are real children. Those are real injuries. That is real trauma. All to protect an imaginary, sexualized police persona.

You cannot claim to protect hypothetical children while inflicting documented harm on actual children and refuse to confront the contradiction.

This is not child protection. This is child endangerment.

This is not public safety. It is a betrayal of it.
