From cluttered storage room to beautiful wellness clinic 🌿

Now THIS is a transformation!

What was once an old storage room, packed with boxes and equipment has been completely transformed into a beautiful new wellness clinic for Nurse Laura here at Keep Fit Darlington!

We have taken an underused space and given it a whole new purpose, creating a calm, welcoming and relaxing environment where health, wellbeing and recovery takes centre stage.

We are incredibly proud of how this space has turned out and Laura can't wait to start her treatments to support our members and the wider Darlington community.

One room, a whole new purpose. Another exciting addition to Keep Fit Darlington!

KEEP FIT DARLINGTON — Experience The Difference.

We are not interested in being just another gym.
At Keep Fit Darlington, we have created a training environment that feels different from the moment you walk through the door.

✔️ Premium equipment — a huge range of quality machines and free weights, so you can train the way you want.

✔️ An atmosphere that motivates — Mood lighting, modern surroundings and a focused environment that makes you want to train harder.

✔️ A community, not a crowd — whether you are just starting out or you have been training for years, you are part of the Keep Fit Community.

✔️ No judgement. No egos. Just results.
We believe your club should be somewhere you look forward to going, not somewhere you feel like you have to go.
