WE’RE GOING ON TOUR!! 💫

I’m overjoyed and excited to share that this fall the “Keep It Moving Tour” powered by lululemon will be coming to a city near you this fall! I will be creating a unique workout experience in all of these cities & partnering with some of your favorite brands! Stay tuned for more details!

Barbell Back Squats 3x12 reps
Bulgarian Split Squats 3x10 reps
Inverted Rows 3x12 reps
DB Bench Press 3x10 reps
DB Toe Touches 3x20 reps
Leg Raises 3x15 reps

WHAT A MORNING!

Vibes were immaculate and we hit our goal! 100+ shoes were donated! I want to thank @lululemon , @made2movept , and @justfitkitchen for joining us with some treats and y’all amazing humans for showing up 💛

All shoes will be donated to Delancy Street Foundation here in Charleston. They partner with substance absuers, ex-convicts, homeless, and others!

Donations are still welcomed before Tuesday 3/11. Donation drop off locations are at the @lululemon on King Street and at @letsrunchs on Tuesday. If you have any questions message me!
