How many kids can say their dad choreographs for one of the biggest artists in the world? Not many… and I don’t take that blessing for granted 🙏🏽

God chose my family, and I’m grateful to witness my dad @dancer_boysmith doing what he was called to do in real time. Watching greatness up close reminds me to dream bigger, work harder, and trust God’s plan for my own life.

A huge thank you to my mom @keicharmofficial and everyone who helped make this moment possible. These are memories I’ll carry with me forever.

🇨🇴✨ I came to Colombia single… and somehow left with one proposal 💍 and another handsome Colombian native asking me to be his girlfriend 😭

And honestly? The biggest thing I noticed was the honor, respect, protection, compliments, consistency, and softness. Like wow… so THIS is what it feels like to be pursued intentionally. 🌹

I love my Black men DOWN 🤎 forever will. But one thing I’m no longer doing is settling in spaces where love lacks respect, effort, provision, peace, or admiration. I deserve to feel like a queen too 👑✨

Ladies… traveling will really remind you that you are beautiful, valuable, desired, and worthy of real love all over the world 🌍

There’s a version of me that used to fight every storm… ⛈️
Now I understand: the storm was never sent to destroy me—only to detour me from becoming who I’m meant to be. 🌿✨

So I chose love. 🤍
I chose life. 🌍
I chose freedom. 🕊️

And I let the Higher Source lead the way. 🙏🏽

My phone was water damaged, so I’ve been unreachable for two weeks—my apologies if you were trying to contact me. 📵
But being overseas with no contact to the world turned into the most sacred reset… 🌴

Travel day! ✈️🇲🇽 The Cabo family vacation has officially begun! 🌴💙

One thing I love about @topshelf_vacations is that every trip feels like more than a vacation—it feels like a family reunion in a new country. From the moment you land, everything is taken care of so you can simply relax, explore, laugh, and make memories.

This Cabo experience is packed with unforgettable moments—from luxury accommodations and authentic Baja cuisine to yacht parties, ATV adventures, jet skis, beach days, and the beautiful ocean views that make you fall in love with Mexico all over again.

I might’ve kidnapped one of @serdariusblain best friends… but ONLY for gym purposes 😂🏋🏽‍♀️

I met Landon on my very first international trip with #TopShelfVacations in the Dominican Republic, and I knew he was solid from day one because he had gospel music blasting through the villa. 🙌🏽🎶

Fast forward to today, and I’ve officially appointed him as my gym accountability partner anytime we’re in the same city or state. 😂💪🏽 He’s a whole drill sergeant! My legs were literally burning for TWO DAYS after those reps. 💀🍑 Ladies… come get your drill sergeant because I barely survived. 😂😂

One of the coolest things about traveling with @topshelf_vacations is that you don’t just visit amazing places—you build real friendships that continue long after the trip is over. That’s a blessing I never expected, and I’m grateful for every connection. ❤️✈️🌍

Today is the FINAL day of my Cabo 🍑 Challenge! Every squat, every rep, every sore muscle has led to this moment. Cabo… here I come! 🇲🇽🌴✨

Consistency has been the hardest part of this journey. 🤍

Not the workouts. Not the soreness. Showing up every single day… that’s the battle.

Truth is, I’m not competing with anyone else. I’m fighting the version of me that procrastinated, made excuses, and let old habits keep me from becoming the woman I know God is calling me to be.

Every workout, every healthy choice, every moment I choose discipline over comfort is another step toward the life I’ve been praying for. 🙏🏾

Don’t mistake my composure for blindness. I’m paying close attention to how I’m treated, how I’m valued, and where I’m celebrated.

Being on set reminded me of something I’ll never forget ✅

Your blessing isn’t always in the room you’re standing in 🙏🏾

So I’ll keep showing up with excellence—not because everyone deserves my best, but because my integrity isn’t up for negotiation. God sees what people overlook, and I’m learning not to let someone else’s behavior lower the standard of how I carry myself.

They told us the pain was normal.

It isn’t.

Too many women are taught to normalize pain, suffer in silence, and keep showing up for everyone else. But pain is not something women should simply accept. Every woman deserves to be heard, believed, and supported. 🩵🎗️

At The Elites Dance Association, we believe dance is more than movement—it’s a voice. It’s healing. It’s advocacy. It’s a way to tell the stories that so many women have been forced to carry quietly.

A heartfelt thank you to @gotinapgo for courageously using her platform to bring awareness to fibroids and women’s health. Your willingness to turn your testimony into purpose is helping countless women feel seen, heard, and empowered. 💙

To our creative director and choreographer @keicharmofficial and dancer @_khakib thank you for standing beside Tina with purpose, compassion, and sisterhood. Together, you’ve shown that art can educate, inspire, and spark conversations that save lives. This movement is bigger than one performance. It’s about creating safe spaces where women feel empowered to ask questions, seek care, share their stories, and remind one another that we don’t have to suffer in silence.

🩵 The official “Shake” tutorial and Fibroid Awareness Dance Challenge drop TODAY! We invite women of all ages and backgrounds to learn the choreography, join the movement, spread awareness, and celebrate strength through dance.
