Real talk with this talented, down-to-earth human. We all have experiences as young girls that shaped who we are as adults. @preciouskleira and I have very similar backgrounds, leaving everything we knew and starting a new life, language, and history. I think this makes us more compassionate toward others and definitely more resilient. If you know any extraordinary #Pinays, we would love to hear from you! DM me 🤙🏽

Join me on September 24 at 7:00 PM on 88.7 Cove FM to listen to WOW, Women of Wisdom on my radio show Precious Kleira (Precious Kleira Mansavilla), a Halifax based commercial and editorial fashion model represented by Soli Management. She has modeled for regional brands and boutiques (Envy & Grace, Sherlock Clothing Co., Thief & Bandit, Silk Route HFX), appeared in local fashion events and magazines (Fashionably Great by House of Soli, Valentina HFX), @l.amourmagazine and receives professional modeling coaching.

I had the pleasure to chaperone this young lady to NYFW in 2024, we had some good laughs and definitely got to explore the city in all its glory and we even met some @loveislandusa celebrities!

Thank you @myblackoutpodcast and Israel 🎈.
I was nervous to share this much, but I needed to let go of so much from the past. The interview includes some delicate topics, so please view mindfully. If you’d like to learn more about my story:

Remember splashing through puddles as a kid? Or locking eyes with your partner and having a totally romantic, movie-style dance in the rain? Maybe you were late for work, your umbrella betrayed you, and you just chucked it aside and shouted, “F— it!” There’s something liberating about letting go! I grew up trying to control everything, so those rain-moments feel like tiny rebellions. Try it once: surrender, laugh, get soaked, and taste that sweet, chaotic freedom.
