It’s supposed to be a romantic video about my trips to Thailand with my man. It is haha….But what actually I wanted to say:
It’s very obvious that people who live there don’t notice how much it has lost its magic. The beaches are overcrowded, and the amount of trash is shocking. Many Thai people seem to be there to serve tourists rather than genuinely welcome them, while more and more businesses are being taken over by foreigners.

The food has changed too. The small local eateries where you could enjoy authentic Thai food are becoming rare. Even the jungles no longer feel wild, and seeing dogs like huskies there makes you wonder how they ended up in such a climate.

Maybe you can’t fully understand it unless you knew Thailand before.
It’s just sad that so many changes in the world don’t seem to be for the better. by @keira_shef

If your structured nutrition has always given you visible results, but suddenly your body stops responding, you need to look at your nervous system first, and only then at your hormones.

Love is not an instruction manual. If you have to explain to your loved one how not to hurt you, then these are no longer equal relationships.
Love is not sex, and it doesn’t have limitations like, “Today it’s sunny, I’m in a good mood, so I’m with you.”

Love is when you are willing to change in order to fit each other better, to go through crises and problems together, to listen and to take into account each other’s requests and worries.

There is no love where you are not heard, where your word carries no weight, where you are told that you cannot, where your boundaries are perceived as control or nagging, when you are not an inspiration but the one who disturbs a peace!

This past year, I worked in a morgue — trying to escape the burden of being tied to military service in R. Turns out, with a profession like mine, you’re automatically considered “already obligated” anyway.
I was relentlessly erased from multiple music platforms where I used to earn passive income — all because I carry a Russian passport. My name is slowly being wiped from the internet, just like that. 😀
I went through a few rounds of chemotherapy too — found something cancerous.
Traveled a lot.
I met my Superman 💗
And that… that’s just a few percent of what I’m ready to share with you. Long live the new spirit.
