One of the greatest rewards of mentorship is watching your mentee become a mentor herself.

Today, I’m celebrating a very special woman, my mentee, Olivia @mrsdrozario 💕🎉

Olivia, watching your journey as an entrepreneur, mentor, visionary, and community builder has been incredibly rewarding.

Through @momtrepreneuruniversity you’ve built more than a business. You’ve created a community where women can learn, grow, connect, and confidently pursue their entrepreneurial dreams.

But what makes me especially proud is that you’ve become a mentor yourself, pouring your knowledge, experience, and encouragement into other women.

My last few days in my 40s. 🧡

That’s such a strange sentence to type.

But here’s the surprising part…

I don’t want them back.

I’m grateful for everything my 40s taught me, gave me, took from me and required of me.

I built.
I lost.
I loved.
I learned.
I took chances.
I started again.
I walked into rooms I once only dreamed about.

And somewhere through all of it, I became more ME.

So I’m not spending these last few days wishing I could go backwards.

I’m thanking the woman who carried me here… and trusting the woman who’s about to take it from here.

My 40s did their job. ❤️
