We said goodbye to our beautiful little furball Jasmine today. She went suddenly, but not alone. I'm so grateful to the team at Shenick Vets for working so hard to try to save her life. 💔 by @keithasmurphy

Had an incredible time last year working on Young Washington! It was the wettest, dirtiest and most fun I've had on a job. Big thanks to @stuntguildireland @brendancondren and @kimanikimani for having me out!

Happy 9th anniversary to my amazing wife! 15 years together and 9 of them married have made for an awesome adventure together.

You have always been there for me through everything. All the good, the bad and everything in between.

You are my best friend, and the most incredible mother to our girls.

I started unarmed combat in 2016, then took a long break away and started back again in 2022. Blood, too much sweat, and tears later, I now have distinctions in all 8 syllabus systems of the IDCA.

Big thanks to Richie Wilson for starting me on my journey and helping me get my first distinction.

Massive thanks to Jay Cosgrave for taking in a miscreant like me and turning me into a halfway decent swordsman and helping me complete this challenge.

A journey I started 9 years ago comes to an end...for now.

Also, major appreciation to my fight partners through the years for all your support and patience.
Ian Gerard Whyte, Becca Watkin & Charlotte Carway.

Next step, instructor cert!

When you’re just trying to bring balance to the Force... but two Sith show up with attitude.
Double-bladed saber? ✅
Outnumbered? ✅
Outmatched? Never. ❌

One Jedi. Two problems.
