A few days late but me and @mcbreezee had an absolute blast exploring the woods of southwest vermont. From the summit (our first) of Haystack Mountain, to the animals we met (Isaac NEWTon and Bull Murray), to the New England soaker we had on Monday which was actually amazing, it was exactly what we needed. This was one for the books. #vermont #takeahike by @keithatyards

Huge shoutout to @thekettleblackphilly , one of the best bakeries in the game, for helping us send off an @yardsbrew coworker in style. Heres a small sampling of the assorted bagels and pastries that were an absolute hit. Do yoyrself a favor and check out KB when you can, but get there early, they sell out quickly every single day. by @keithatyards

Month in and month out, I'm completely blown away by a running community that comes together to support @studentsrunphl and the @philadelphiadistancerun. Another huge turnout in the books. Thanks to @brooksrunning for the shoe demos and ice pops, and the legendary @phillyrun for their constant support. See you July 21 to run it back. by @keithatyards

Mannnnn, running in this weather ain't for the faint of heart. But when you combine @studentsrunphl @philadelphiadistancerun and @yardsbrew, people just go goblin mode. 120+ showed up and showed out all for Students Run. Cant wait to see what June brings. Welp, its official. Bridge run season is upon us at @yardsbrew. Come out for the run on Tuesday and sweat your faces off, and then drink them right back on, all in support of @studentsrunphl and the @philadelphiadistancerun. Demo shoes available from @brooks and beer specials and raffle prizes locked and loaded. #runphilly by @keithatyards

After a couple years of letting things get in the way of training (work, injuries, laziness, etc) I finally locked in for @ibxrun10. After a grueling 17 week, self made plan, that didnt come easy, I feel absolutely stoked with the result. Lots of people to thank, but most of all @mcbreezee. MC you watched me put myself (and you, to a degree) through hell for this. I'll never be able to thank you enough. Its good to be back. #broadstreetrun #runphilly by @keithatyards

TONIGHTS THE NIGHT!! Come run the Ben Franklin Bridge with @yardsbrew and @studentsrunphl. Donations get you beer discounts and raffle tickets for great prizes including race entries to @phillyrunfest and the @philadelphiadistancerun.
