🎶 Sound School Fall 2025 🍁

We tuned our frequencies and united in community for 8 days in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains. @thethyme_

This unique opportunity facilitated by @the_gong_experience and his team is designed for those who are passionate about harnessing the power of sound to facilitate healing, relaxation, and personal growth. Every year, a select group of passionate participants enters a sound vortex with the willingness to be transformed by what they experience.

This 8 Day immersive journey guided us through the principles and practices of sound meditation, providing the skills needed to lead others on their healing journeys.

I am deeply grateful for this profound experience and the amazing humans I was able to share it with. 🙏❤️

If the power of sound is calling you, I highly recommend taking the leap and joining the next one in April 2026! 💫

So grateful for the opportunity to serve the players & coaches @manningpassingacademy last week…guiding them through cold plunge and breath between practices! 🙏

Our team @emrjwellness built this mobile cold plunge trailer with our plunge tubs & clean chemical free cold water system specifically for the Manning Camp and it passed the test! 🏈🧊

THANK YOU so much to all of the amazing humans we met over the week and everyone who helped make this happen! 🙏💙

Cold water and sound. Two of the oldest tools for calming the body, stacked into one session.

The cold is the stressor. At 50°, your body sounds the alarm and your breath wants to take over. That’s where the sound comes in. A steady, resonant tone gives your mind something to hold onto, slows the breath, and pulls you back into the moment.

What the research says:

❄️ A 2025 review of 11 studies found cold water immersion lowered stress for up to 12 hours afterward, with gains in sleep quality and quality of life

❄️ Water between 10 and 15°C (50 to 59°F) is the range most studied

🔔 Sound meditation studies show real drops in tension, anxiety, and fatigue, and first timers often feel it the most.

That’s what EMRJ provides. Peace through stress.

🧘‍♂️ In this beyond overly stimulated world we live in, it’s so difficult to remember to breathe and keep yourself centered. Thanks so much to @meandmycrazy_3 for getting me out of my comfort zone for a bit and taking me to @keithkempbreath & @jirodwebbyoga’s amazing Breath & Sound event! My first time ever doing breath & sound work, and it was sooooo needed. Two hours of completely disconnecting and doing nothing but trying to find ourselves deep in breathing & sound was incredible. 🙏🏼 Can’t wait for the next one. by @keithkempbreath

There’s a long story about the staff in this picture 🪾🌀

Most importantly we returned the staff to the hands it was always meant to be in.

What began as something we all wanted to hold onto became a lesson in letting go. Some things come into our lives not to be possessed, but to guide us, connect us, and eventually find their way home.

The staff made it home, and on that mountain, you helped me find my way too. ❤️🙏🏼

Happy 50th birthday to our brother, Michael.
