Pumpkin Bread recipe ⬇️

* 250 g all-purpose flour (2 cups)
* 110 g dark brown sugar (½ cup)
* 105 g granulated sugar (½ cup)
* 60 ml sour cream (¼ cup)
* 113 g unsalted butter, melted (½ cup / 1 stick)
* 12 oz pumpkin purée (1 can )
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp pumpkin spice
* ½ tsp ground ginger
* ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
* ½ tsp salt

Crumble topping

* 115 g all-purpose flour
* 55 g granulated sugar (¼ cup)
* 40 g brown sugar (3 tbsp)
* 58 g unsalted butter, melted (¼ cup)
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* ¼ tsp allspice
* ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

Cinnamon filling

* 55 g sugar (¼ cup)
* 58 g unsalted butter, melted (¼ cup)
* 1 tsp cinnamon

Icing

* 50 g powdered sugar
* ½ tsp pumpkin spice
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 1.5-pound loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
2. Make the crumble: Combine the flour, sugars and spices. Mix in melted butter until crumbly. Refrigerate while preparing the batter.
3. Mix the dry ingredients: Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
4. Mix the wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the pumpkin purée, melted butter, both sugars, eggs, vanilla and sour cream until smooth. Stir in the cinnamon, pumpkin spice, ginger and nutmeg.
5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Don’t overmix.
6. Make the filling: Stir together the filling’s sugar, melted butter and cinnamon.
7. Pour half the batter into the pan. Spread the cinnamon filling evenly over it, then cover with the remaining batter.
8. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the top.
9. Bake for 80–90 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. If the topping browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil.
10. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then lift onto a wire rack.
11. Whisk together the icing ingredients and drizzle over the cooled or slightly warm bread. #fypage #explorepage #pumpkin #bread #pumpkinbread by @kel.d3

Churro Recipe⬇️

* 1 cup water (240 ml)
* 4 tbsp unsalted butter (57 g)
* 1 tbsp sugar (12 g)
* ¼ tsp salt
* 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g)
* 1 large egg
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Neutral oil for frying

Cinnamon sugar

* ½ cup sugar (100 g)
* 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Chocolate sauce

* ½ cup heavy cream (120 ml)
* 4 oz semisweet chocolate, finely chopped (113 g)
* Pinch of salt

Make the churro cookies

1. Bring the water, butter, sugar, and salt to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Reduce the heat to low and add all the flour at once. Stir vigorously until a smooth dough forms, then cook while stirring for 1–2 minutes.
3. Transfer the dough to a bowl. Cool for 5–10 minutes, until warm. Beat in the egg and vanilla until smooth. It will look separated at first; keep mixing.
4. Transfer to a sturdy piping bag fitted with a large open-star tip.
5. Pipe 2½–3-inch spirals onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, starting in the center and working outward. Let neighboring rings touch lightly so each cookie holds together. Keep them flat in one layer, without stacking the dough.
6. Freeze for 30 minutes, or until firm enough to lift cleanly. Remove the parchment before frying.
7. Heat about 2 inches of oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep, heavy pot. Fry straight from frozen, 2–3 at a time, for approximately 4–6 minutes total, flipping halfway, until deep golden and cooked through. Keep the oil near 350°F.
8. Mix the cinnamon and sugar. Drain the cookies briefly, then toss in the cinnamon sugar while warm.

Make the chocolate sauce

1. Heat the cream until steaming, without boiling.
2. Pour it over the chopped chocolate and salt.
3. Let stand for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
4. Serve warm alongside the churro cookies.

Tip: Keep the spirals flat and the dough strands ½ inch thick or less so the centers cook before the outside gets too dark. Fry one first to check the timing.

My recipe ⬇️

Ingredient:
Cobbler-
7 Peaches (peeled and cut)
1/2 c white sugar
1/2c brown sugar
1tbs Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c butter
Juice of 1 lemon
Cornstarch slurry

Crust-
1 .5 c self rising flour
1/2c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1  c milk

In pan combine peaches, white sugar, brown sugar , cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, lemon juice and butter. Let simmer until a syrup has formed and peaches are tender. While simmering add cornstarch slurry to thicken. The longer you simmer the thicker your syrup will be. Now to make our crust
In a separate bowl combine flour , sugar and salt. Then whisk in milk and vanilla until a nice thin pancake like batter has formed. You can adjust the thickness to your liking by adding more or less milk. Preheat your oven to 350 f . In a baking dish add in a whole stick of butter and let it melt. Now pour in our crust mixture and spoon in our peach filling. Be careful and don’t mix because our crust will rise !! If you wanna be fancy sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top . Now bake in the oven on 350 F for 1 hour and crust is evenly golden. I like to serve with vanilla ice cream topped with caramel. #cobbler #keld3 #fypage #explorepage by @kel.d3
