You didn’t build your coaching business to be ON 24/7!

Here’s the thing, when you are the coach, the support department, and the person responsible for every little thing… it’s freaking exhausting!

I honestly believe you shouldn’t have to choose between giving your best coaching and keeping up with everything happening behind the scenes.

And that’s where I come in!

As a Student Success Coordinator… I own the day to day student support so your students feel seen, supported, and they stay on track. All while you get to focus on coaching, serving and growing your business! 🚀

If you’re at a point where student support feels like too much, let’s chat!

I have 1 spot open for October. Let’s do this friend!! taken in Ohio by @kel_root

Listen, friend. I’m just going to say it…

You can’t expect to be a great coach if you’re the coach, the support team, and the IT department.

And I truly get why doing it yourself feels easier.

You open your inbox and see a couple of quick emails you can respond to.

Fine. I’ll just handle it.

Then you notice Sarah hasn’t responded to her check-in, so you send the follow-up.

Then you remember tomorrow’s live call needs an announcement.

So you hop into your course platform to take care of that.

And while you’re there, you notice something else that needs fixing…

And before you know it, you’re five hours deep into work that isn’t actually coaching your students.

The work that keeps your students supported, engaged, and moving forward matters.

But you don’t have to be the one doing every single piece of it.

Because your students invested in you for your coaching, your expertise, and the transformation you help them create.

If your goal is to grow your business and help more women transform their lives, you have to be willing to let someone else own the day-to-day student experience.

That doesn’t mean they care less.

It means you finally get to spend more of your time doing the work only you can do.

You can be an amazing coach without running this business by yourself.

Promise, there are amazing people out there who will love and support your students just as much as you do.

You just have to be willing to let someone else help. ❤️ taken in Ohio by @kel_root

The thing that gets under my skin the most is…

Silence after someone says yes. 👀

Listen guys, silence speaks volumes.

So if your new lead says yes, immediately pays, and then has to wait for next steps.

You are missing a HUGE opportunity to keep the excitement going but more importantly that silence is going to start causing your new student to doubt whether investing in you was a good choice or not.

And I’ve been there. So I speak from experience.

And don’t get me wrong, tech isn’t always perfect. Tech messes up. Emails don’t fire when they should. I’ve been in systems long enough to know that…

BUT… when I invest, I expect there to be no delay. I expect to get something from you quickly.

Here is the thing.. If I have to wait to get a confirmation email from you, I am going to start feeling less excited and more nervous about the investment because I am going to start wondering “is this what the entire partnership is going to be like?”

Don’t make your students feel like that?!

If you can’t automate it, that’s totally okay.  At the very least, make sure once you get a new sale notification that you are emailing your new student something. Even if it’s a “Yay, you’re in! I am so excited, I am gathering all the things for you” type notification.

They will appreciate that more than crickets and it will make such a huge difference in their experience.

And honestly? That’s a big part of what good student support is about.

If you’re ready to stop having to worry about all of these little things yourself, this is what I do as a Student Success Coordinator & you know where to find me. 🤍 taken in Ohio by @kel_root

And I 100% get it.

You’ve worked really hard to build something that matters deeply to you.

You built the program.

You created the experience.

You poured your knowledge, energy, and heart into your students.

So when someone says “oh, just hire a VA”..

I can’t totally understand why you might cringe a little.

But here are my thoughts..

You don’t need someone who will simply tick off a checklist.

You need someone who understands that there are real people on the other side of those tasks.

You need someone who pays attention, notices the little things, and knows when something needs your attention & when something doesn’t.

Because when it comes to student support.. that doesn’t mean handing over your students and walking away.

It means having someone beside you who will help care for them as much as you do.

And that’s exactly what I do.

You coach.

I support your students.

If you’ve been putting off hiring help because you’re afraid no one will care as much as you do, let’s talk. by @kel_root

You became a coach because you wanted to help transform lives. 💯

Not bc you wanted to spend your evenings answering messages, sending reminders, checking who has logged in, wondering who needs followed up, and trying to remember whether you responded to everyone.

Any I know why you keep doing it all.

Because you CARE. ❤️❤️

You don’t want your students falling through the cracks.

You want your coaching program to feel personal, supportive, and high-touch.

But here’s the deal that I think many coaches struggle with:

Being an incredible coach doesn’t mean you have to be available 24/7.

Read that again if you need too! 👀

Your students can be cared for without you having to be there every step of the way.

That’s where my services comes in.

I help coaches keep their students feeling seen, supported, and ON TRACK so they can fully step into coaching without having to carry their entire student experience on their shoulders.

You CAN still care about your students, you just don’t have to do it all yourself!

If you’re reading this and thinking your student support is feeling heavier than you’d like, let’s chat! taken in Ohio by @kel_root

It’s Monday. 👀

Have you checked in on your students?

Who hasn’t logged in recently?

Who hasn’t been as active?

Who hasn’t shown up to a live call?

Who might be quietly falling behind?

Because paying attention to these things can be the difference between a **killer student experience** and one that leaves someone thinking, “I wish I had gotten more support.”

Your students don’t always tell you when they’re struggling.

Sometimes you have to notice the silence.

So go take 20 minutes today and see what’s actually happening with your students.

And if keeping up with all of that feels like one more thing to add to your plate…

I know a woman who handles that for coaches. 😉

Let’s chat. 🤍 taken in Ohio by @kel_root

I’d stop only checking for results

and start looking for progress.

Here’s the thing..

Someone going through your course who isn’t getting a big result isn’t failing.

She’s showing up. She’s participating. She’s putting herself out there. She’s asking for help.

But if we’re only looking for a big result, we can miss all of the other amazing wins she is having.

And sometimes, when those moments go unnoticed, that’s when a student starts to go quiet.

Those moments matter too and when someone starts noticing the little wins, they can become big momentum, 🚀

Your students don’t need someone to just notice when they’re failing.

They need someone to notice when they are moving forward too! taken in Ohio by @kel_root

A few things about me that you might not know looking at my IG:

1. I’m a wife.
2. I’m a mom to two girls and Piper (our #germanshepherd)
3. I prefer talking versus texting.
4. I’m terrified of elevators
5. I’m happiest working from home.
6. I genuinely love systems and supporting people.
7. Anywhere on the water is my happy place.
8. I am insanely good at dealing with medical insurance nonsense.

If you’re here, truly, thank you!

I’d love to know something about you! 💕

I mean honestly.. let’s think about it.

You hit 10 new clients and you’re excited. It’s working.

Then 20, then 30…

And before you know it, you’re on call 24/7 answering DMs in your bed at 9pm.

Resending links.

Checking who hasn’t logged in. (If you aren’t doing this- you need too 😂)

Wondering if Sarah ever watched module 2.

And then comes the panic “oh crap” moment where we are remembering that you forgot to send the reminder for tomorrow’s call.

But here’s the thing…

Having a successful online course shouldn’t mean that you have to work more now than it did when you had 10 clients.

That’s the problem no one really talks about.

Growth is amazing until your drowning in it. ‼️

If you write down everything you do currently to support your students outside of actually coaching, I bet you’d be shocked.

That’s when you know it’s time to bring in support.

I have ONE opening for September.

Imagine the relief you could feel from knowing your students are supported and you didn’t have to lift a finger.

Let’s roleplay for a sec…

You just paid $2000 for your course.

You don’t know the coach.

You don’t know the platform.

You don’t know where anything lives.

You just know.. “I paid, now what?!”

Now go through your course.

But here is the catch…

You can’t use what you already know.

You can’t think:

“Oh, I will just ask her”

“They probably know to go there”

“She mentioned that on the call”

Nope. You’re the client. Fresh eyes.

Start with the payment, contract, first email.

Ask yourself:
👉🏻 do I know what to do next?
👉🏻 can I find what I need without hunting for it?
👉🏻 do I know where to go if I have a question?
👉🏻 do I know what’s expected of me this week?
👉🏻 if I get stuck, what do I do?

And pay attention to those moments where you hesitate.

That’s the friction we’re trying to uncover when it comes to your student experience.

Because those moments of confusion matter.

So give yourself 15 minutes & go be your next student.

And let me know how it goes. taken in Ohio by @kel_root

When someone else is making sure your students are supported and you don’t have to carry it yourself…

Your students are cared for.🎉

You’re not glued to your inbox.‼️

Nothing quietly falls through the cracks. 👀

And YOU get to fully step into your coaching power!

Hallelujah. 🙌🏻😂
