Oh hey! Today, I’m representing @thrdspc_ on my ~very first panel~ for the inaugural DMV Creative Chats series!

Am I nervous? Absolutellyyyyyyy! 🤸🏽‍♀️

However, I’ll be yapping alongside amazing practioners @kayemjay6 and @theateralliancedc to talk public spaces and art.

Thank you to @alexandergolobart and @swbid for thinking of me!

Last weekend, I received the rare opportunity to photograph the Gallery and Pavilions at @glenstonemuseum.

I literally ran with Dav for those 2 hours trying to capture it all 😂 hair sweated out and everything lmao.

But over the past few years, art has really helped me make sense of abstract feelings and thoughts like — now exactly why are we here again?

To which it answers: no freaking clue lol, but here’s some food for thought girlie pop. by @kelabadabing

I feel incredibly welcomed into my new year.

A girl turns 33 and suddenly all I want to hear is Dance Tonight 😂 was this song always this good?! THIS is how I want it to feel when I enter the building lmao.

Summer 2025: I planned 24+ public events, from yoga to movies to concerts to kayaking (yep, right in the Potomac lmao). It felt like I was running a huge summer camp across the city 🤸🏽‍♀️

Mind you, I’m navigating civic discourse that impacts vibes and grants and permits and relationships and all the things in between. And surprisingly, climate change has already had a big effect on what we host and when.

But I LOVE IT. And I’m happy to bring people together as we all live this insane, super cool, super weird, interesting, scary, lonely, fun, overwhelming human experience.

We’re all stuck here, man. Might as well see a free concert in the park, even if the experience is watching me fret over the inevitably delayed run of show.
