Rounded out our time in Sorrento with another list of amazing experiences. Celebrated our anniversary at our first ever Michelin Star restaurant. What a meal! Ten years ago today, I married an extraordinary man. ❤️

Erik doesn’t just listen to me. He hears me.

He doesn’t just love me. He respects me.

He’s my biggest fan, my greatest cheerleader, and the person who can make me laugh even when I’m determined not to.

Erik is willing to grow with me. He understands that love isn’t about staying the same. It’s about evolving together, being open to change, learning from one another, and continuing to choose each other along the way.

And perhaps the greatest gift he’s ever given me is the love he’s shown my two boys. He didn’t just welcome them into his life. He opened his heart, embraced them as his own, and helped raise them to be kind, loving, and accepting human beings. For that, I will be forever grateful.

Ten years later, we’re still laughing, still growing, still exploring the world, and still building a life I absolutely love.

I brag about him to anyone who will listen…to the point that many have told me they too “want an Erik”. But there is only one… and he chose me!

Erik, you’ve made me laugh harder, love deeper, and believe even more in what a true partnership can be.

Happy 10th anniversary to my favorite person, my greatest adventure, and the best decision I ever made. ❤️

Saying goodbye to Positano was hard…but we’re excited for the next leg of our journey. We arrived in Sorrento safe and sound and took a day trip to Capri today. The chair lift was by far the highlight. Then stumbled across a super popular dinner spot, got sucked in by the hype and waited over an hour outside for a table. taken in Sorrento, Italy by @kelbru11

Rounding out our time in Positano. Yesterday we had lunch at “Da Adolfo”- a charming place you can only reach by their boat taxi with the little red fish. Food and atmosphere were excellent. And today we hiked the “Path of the Gods”. Picturesque doesn’t begin to do it justice. So glad we spent good time here. It’s been unforgetable. taken in Positano by @kelbru11

The first few days in Positano have been magical…and getting caught in a rainstorm only added to the experience. The beauty of this place makes slowing down to enjoy it a must. We’ve had a few dinners, done a bit of shopping, slept in then walked for coffee and pastry. Our AirBNB is ideally located and has made us feel perfectly a part of it all. taken in Positano by @kelbru11

Final day in Istanbul. Visited the Dolmabahce Palace, walked the streets of Karakoy and Galata, enjoyed a sunset cruise along the Bosphorus and ended the day rooftop for dinner. Thank you, Istanbul. We’ve enjoyed every minute! Next stop: Amalfi Coast. taken in Istanbul by @kelbru11

Day 1 of our 10 year anniversary trip. Made it to Istanbul. Our first business class flight did not disappoint! What an experience! Visited Ortakoy Waterfront.
