What happens when you create a space specifically for creators? ❤️💛💚

While working on creator partnerships for Jerk & Jollof Festival, we wanted creators to have more than an invitation—they needed a space to connect, create, and enjoy together.

That became the Creator Corner.

We kept it simple: a dedicated table, comfortable seats, games like Ludo and Dominoes, and a space for creators to get food, sit, meet, and take a break from the festival. Watching the table fill with conversations, food, and laughter was the best part. 🥹

For us, creator partnerships aren’t only about attendance or posts; the experience matters too.

A hand-stitched garment. A vintage piece with a second life. Beaded craftsmanship. The aroma of freshly brewed Ethiopian coffee. Conversations between strangers who leave feeling a little more connected than when they arrived.

Revival’s stop in Edmonton reminded us that fashion is more than what we wear—it’s memory, culture and community woven together.

Grateful to have documented an afternoon where creativity travelled across borders and found a home, even if just for a day.
