I have some things to say:

-This year, universal perspective is shifting quicker than ever before. Since the birth of the internet, we have all been legally tracked using 3rd party cookies. However, The Supreme Court has finally cracked down on data privacy (maybe.)

-(Supposedly) cookies will be obsolete by the end of 2024 which means you won’t be targeted online based on your personal data anymore. This is creating an urgency for seeded data, now (accept all cookies.)🍪

-Companies (like the one I work for) are finding new ways to find you online using machine learning // ai.

-There is a very obvious feeling of collective discomfort.

-Ai is here.

-Hot Yoga Heals.

-Cold plunges are the most efficient way to relieve pain.

-Electronic music is breaking through & Kaskade is DJing the Super Bowl.

-I miss my friends (you know who you are)

-No one knows what they’re doing.

*Think about how this ai // internet business is consciously and subconsciously affecting our lives and what we see & hear. Think about how ai is affecting the election we’re in and really just straight up think about THE ELECTION we’re in.

Talk to your homies about whats going on & ask questions. Gain new perspectives and know that there are infinite ones out there. Meet up in real life. Connect. Vibe with friends. Sit in nature. Listen to live music. ☺️ 🫶🏼♥️

At 34 I was left with more clarity and more confusion than in my whole life combined. I lost some peeps and gained some all stars.
Thank you to everyone who helped me and who hurt me - you’re all equally crucial to my development.

I’ve entered this year with new & untapped energy. This is your warning.

Feeling inspired by the music that’s already been dropped this summer.

Last summer was magic.
I can say with confidence that Martha’s Vineyard had more electronic music than ever before.
Huge love to everyone on island who showed up, danced, supported, and shared the passion and energy. And big shoutout to @midnighttacomv for being a consistent home for these sounds all summer long.
The spots were fresh, the vibe was high, and the movement was real. But at the end of it all, Ill admit, I lost my balance.
SO. I’ve been in Bali getting grounded, thinking bigger, and working on how to level up and make this summer hotter, and healthier (through music of course.)

I remember taking this photo almost three years ago. Right after getting my yoga certification. I felt like I was standing at the edge of a new version of myself. Clear. Inspired. Full of plans for the summer. Full of goals I swore I was finally going to follow through on.

And then I didn’t.

The intentions were real, but there was the resistance. The procrastination. The chaos. The “I’ll do it next year.” The last-minute rush. The excuses that sounded almost believable.

Looking back, getting the cert was an attempt to hold myself accountable and commit to a more balanced lifestyle. An attempt to level up. An attempt to offset the darkness with some light.

Because my life has always been both.
Discipline and temptation. Health and escape. Confidence and doubt.

Since this photo, I’ve felt darkness I never thought possible and reached highs I don’t think I deserved…
But lately, I’ve been feeling insane gratitude for this strange, beautiful life between two islands on opposite sides of the world. Two completely different energies, both pulling me closer to the equilibrium I’ve been searching for ☺️😉 taken in Martha's Vineyard by @kell_hinds

Music, breath, presence and no pressure to do anything perfectly. A chance to clear what the week stirred up and look inward before the summer gets silly.

Follow every cue or none at all. Move how your body asks. Rest when you want. Let the sounds, sweat, and movement do their thing.
