I’m angry. I’m exhausted. I’m fed up.

This week was rough. Seeing everything in the media, all of the women sharing their stories, it brought up a lot of repressed memories. I’m so sorry to anyone who can relate.

For the first time in a long time I felt helpless. Unsafe. Scared.

I had more I wanted to share, I just spent 30 minutes typing and then deleted it. Maybe I’ll share another time.

Anyway, something that helped me feel better was going to boxing. Thank you @wolfseye_gemini.xo for not only providing us with a kickass workout, but for also working in some self defense. I always leave class feeling strong, sweaty, and with a “I wish a motherfucker would” mentality.

Come take a class with me sometime. And stay safe out there 🫶🏻 by @kellbellwithashell

things I’m good at: dancing in 7inch platforms all night, wearing red and black, looking like I bite people

things I’m bad at: posting in a timely manner
