The goal never changes, beat the guy I was yesterday. A few shots from North Americans, and I had a blast. Time to grow and come back harder next season. Best part of all this is still the people you meet along the way. Shoutout @dwayne.coulter and @keith_a_wildin! I’ll be following your individual journeys for sure!! 💪🏾

I also had a chance to see my dawg @thejballer32 I haven’t seen him since OCS!!! 😆💪🏾

1st overall men’s Bodybuilding ✅
1st place men’s Open Bodybuilding Heavyweight ✅
1st place Men’s Bodybuilding Master’s 40+✅

Wow! First and foremost let me give a shout out to @musclecontest for putting on another amazing show and my coach Anna O’Neal @ifbbpro_medical_muscle . We had a gameplan and we stuck to it! I feel like we nailed peak week to the T! Also to my posing coach Kenny Wallach @kennywallach . I kept replaying your verbal queues in my head over and over! With that being said I still have a few things I need to tweak if I want to go into Nationals and have a real chance at this thing. The grind continues!!!

Also shout out to all the amazing competitors I had a chance to meet. That’s the cool thing about this whole bodybuilding thing. Getting to meet like minded individuals bonding over a common goal. Kevin @kevtrainhard , Jarvis @no_excuses_lifestyle , Mitchell, John @gainzbyjohn , Jon @jonny2ohmz , and everyone else I had the chance to meet you guys were diced af!! Hope our paths cross again! 💪🏾

Also great to see my old shipmate Sammie @3fecta_ competing this weekend! After your deployment can’t wait to see you on stage again! #npc #musclecontest #bodybuilding taken in San Diego, California by @kellenjw_

Wow, what an experience! Huge thank you to my incredible coach @ifbbpro_medical_muscle for guiding me every step of the way. She’s an absolute badass and I couldn’t have done this without her. Took 1st place in Masters 35+ Bodybuilding in my first show grateful, humbled, and fired up for what’s next. The grind was real, but so worth it. Let’s keep pushing! 💪🏾🏆 #Bodybuilding #firstplace #NPC #PrepLife #OnToTheNextOne #shreddedtothebone taken in San Diego, California by @kellenjw_
