Flashback to a few weeks ago and my last visit out to the track for 2026, (unless someone has a big bag of money they wanna pass along and I can go stateside for a bit lol 😂)

It was a unique challenge this year shooting for @dragfilesnmtv due to some family commitments and work commitments forcing me to stay closer to home. Plus the rain washing out some events that I had planned to go to didn’t help at all.

Next season will be the 10th anniversary of this little side hustle I started, already starting to put some plans into motion to make it a big one.

Special thanks to the folks at my home track @radtorqueraceway and their hard work in putting on events this past season. The @vermilionagsociety and the Prairie Pulling League on another great event in July that I was fortunate enough to cover, and to all the organizers of the various car shows that I attended over the spring and summer that were featured on the Instagram pages.

With that! Primary shooting for Drag Files for ‘26 is now completed. ☑️ Ended up with more than enough content to get us into next season so stay tuned all off season for more as always!!!

Busiest week of racing for me in ‘26 is in the books. Grabbed tons of content for @dragfilesnmtv during the @midasyeg Hot August Night and Smoked Out Shootout @radtorqueraceway.

We were rain delayed on Wednesday. But the 1st picture was what I wore trackside most of the night. (Threw a hoodie on later cause man it got cold lol). Hat courtesy of @osmt_1975 paying tribute to the legendary Dave Bennett, voice of USA Motorsports who passed earlier this year, and the t shirt is an old AHRA world finals shirt from the early 2000s, the team I was shooting for did throwback shirts for legendary Edmonton area Drag Racer Ed Grekul and his 88th birthday, so I answered with my own little throwback and a subtle nod to everyone in the Spokane area going through the wildfires this summer. My thoughts are with you.

Smoked out was right after on Friday and Saturday and those are the last two pics. Watch for that stuff coming soon to the channel including wild x275 action.
