It’s difficult to fit 12 years into a couple of posts but I’ll try my best. In 2013 I joined Studio Fx’s 6-12 year old team SFX KIDZ not really expecting much but probably cause I was only 6. I think they were building a set and I remember one of the songs being DMX’s “Party Up.” Honestly don’t remember what I felt in the moment but I was probably nervous because it was new territory. However I instantly felt loved as it was such a welcoming community. I had my first performance/comp with the team at spotlight dance competition at the UCSD mandeville center. In 2014 the team rebranded to Misfits and I was on that team from 2014-2019. On that team we did many things such as hhi from 2015-2018 and performed at many padres games as the padres kids crew. I have more to say but I’ll say in another post cause caption getting too long. To my parents thank you for always supporting me and taking me to every rehearsal/class every year until i was able to drive. To @ufx.ness thank you for all the opportunities you gave us such as performing in many different cities and states such as Vegas and Arizona. During my time at the studio I was able to take 1000+ classes, probably around 1000+ hours of rehearsal time, make many friends around the world, and even met 3 girlfriends here 😂. To @aamyahdavis thank you for always looking out for me and being the best sister anyone could ever ask for. To all of my directors thank you for guiding me through dance with your leadership and making my time here great. A piece of you will always be with me and made me the dancer/person I am today. To my teammates and best friends. Thank you for the best 12 years of my life. I made the best memories cause of you guys and I’d live this journey a million times over again.

- First Fx performance, no vid 😢 2013
- First time closing a set 😂 2014
- Last time we used props in a set before big spender 2015
- First time I got to contribute choreo to a set with 2017
- First Syde Performance 2018
- Arena Jr 2019
- Vibe with F(x)nctionnnn
- First time performing since Covid
- Ben’s farewell 🥲 2022
- Last set So surreal that I was able to start and end my career at the same venue 2024 by @kellensarmiento

wanted to make a fun/conversational piece so I tried my best to. it ended up turning into a semi concept video lwk haha. shoutout to the bros for being down to learn it and staying until like 9:45 which was hella unexpected. shoutout to ms. V and the fx staff for letting us use the big studio to record. not the cleanest but we had fun and that’s all that matters. shout anbot for being a dope videographer too. and jayden a bot for not letting me use my phone.
