$1.5 MILLION. 20 NONPROFITS. ONE GLOBAL VISION. 🌍

The Road to T7 is about more than bringing people together. It is about putting resources behind purpose and creating opportunities that lead to lasting impact.

With more than 3,000 applications, the response speaks volumes about the incredible work nonprofits are doing and the need for greater investment in organizations transforming communities.

At this year’s T7 Summit, $1.5 million in grant funding will support nonprofits doing meaningful work. This is what happens when vision meets action and when we move beyond conversations to creating real opportunities for change.

I believe leadership is not just about opening doors for ourselves. It is about creating pathways for others to thrive.

And we are just getting started!

I had the pleasure of joining the Dallas Regional Chamber’s National Civics Day alongside public safety leaders for an important conversation about leadership, civic engagement, and the power of community partnerships.

One thing I continue to believe is that stronger communities are built when leaders from different sectors come together, listen to one another, and commit to being part of the solution.

Thank you to @dallasregionalchamber and our public safety leaders for creating space for these important conversations. It was a pleasure connecting with fellow leaders and hearing perspectives that challenge us to think bigger about the communities we serve.

Because leadership doesn’t stop at the conversation. It is reflected in what we do next.

Grateful to everyone who contributed to the conversation, including Ben Yonner and Anar Amin, and to @dallasregionalchamber, @dpdcommunityaffairs for their commitment to community engagement.

Day 3 of @goodsoilforum reminded me that growth is not just about what you build, but who you become in the process.

There is something powerful about being in rooms where wisdom is shared, possibilities are expanded, and people are challenged to think beyond their current circumstances.

Hearing from powerhouse voices like @lisa2motivate and @wall_street_trapper reinforced an important leadership principle: Your past does not have to determine your future, and access to knowledge can change the trajectory of generations.

As we continue The Road to T7, I am reminded that proximity creates opportunity, but what we do with that opportunity creates impact.

Thank you to the @goodsoilforum community and Chairman @bishopjakes for continuing to champion entrepreneurship, opportunity, and generational impact. Three days of meaningful conversations, inspiration, and connection!

The work continues, and so does the vision!

Next stop, T7 Summit in Atlanta, November 12–14. 🌍

The Road to T7 continues! 🌍✨

This week, our journey took us to @goodsoilforum, where proximity, purpose, and opportunity came together in powerful ways.

I have always believed that being in the right rooms is about more than making connections. It is about building relationships, opening doors, and creating opportunities for others.

Grateful to @goodsoilforum and @wellsfargo for bringing together visionaries and changemakers who understand the power of connection.

Every stop along The Road to T7 reminds us that when purpose meets proximity, possibilities are endless!

Some of the most important gaps in business are not financial. They are gaps in trust, access, opportunity, and relationships.

At @goodsoilforum 2026, I was reminded that building across borders requires more than investment. It requires intentional relationships, cultural understanding, and a willingness to create opportunities beyond our own communities.

The “Mind the Gap” conversation, moderated by @wallainherworld and featuring @alexysthegreat, @boriskodjoe, and theruler02, brought an important perspective to the forefront: Trust is not simply a part of doing business. It is the foundation that makes meaningful collaboration possible.

I especially appreciated connecting with @alexysthegreat and @boriskodjoe and being surrounded by leaders who understand that our collective influence becomes more powerful when we use it to open doors for others.

My takeaway? The future of economic mobility will not be built in isolation. It will be built through relationships that turn access into opportunity and opportunity into lasting impact.

Thank you to @goodsoilforum and @wellsfargo for creating a space where conversations like these can inspire meaningful action.

Because when we bridge the right gaps, we don’t just build businesses. We build possibilities for generations to come. 🌍

There are conversations you have, and then there are conversations that stay with you.

What a pleasure connecting with @tylerperry during @goodsoilforum! A man who has built an extraordinary legacy by refusing to allow limitations to define his possibilities.

When your leader opens doors: And sharing this moment alongside our Chairman, @bishopjakes, made the experience even more special. This is sponsorship in action!

What stood out to me was the opportunity to connect in a space where creativity, business, faith, and vision all intersect.

Good Soil continues to bring together people who are not waiting for the future to happen. They are actively shaping it.

Here’s to meaningful conversations, unexpected connections, and the power of being in the right room at the right time. ✨
