In honor of basketball season coming up….

This was many years ago, my senior year, when I made the all-star team. My HS team was a 1A school beating 2A, 3A, 4A, and even 5A schools. I tell my kids every day how fast time flies and not to take one second for granted. These were my most favorite times!!!

I can remember doing hundreds of push ups and pull ups every single day!!! No breaks needed either!! I don’t believe in that!! My life revolved around sports, and I got scholarships, and I never paid a dime of college!!!

I am told almost every day just how competitive I was. Hated to lose and went to the lengths needed not to.

Playing sports and having athleticism is a gift from God!!! Thankful for the years I grew up in where everyone was on the same page on the team. Makes a difference.
